The cost was $1.95 to take an assessment test and I wanted to know if I had ADHD—always working on multiple projects. When I received the assessment, it was more in general terms - which is actually a good thing because who wants to read in complicated clinical language? I’m a Clinical Counselor and it can be hard to understand, I get it. However, the depth of description of explanations I was looking for was not here. I guess I’m used to reading the actual diagnostic manual of mental disorders lol, and can stick to the description there of ADHD where I didn’t meet criteria. For a general idea in basic terms, this sight works for a brief understanding.
Thank you to the team who kindly replied to me and explained how to cancel my monthly subscription.

The paid section is VERY SUSPICIOUS
The ADHD report itself was provided, but the payment and subscription process was very confusing and misleading.
The checkout made it look like I was paying $1.95 for the ADHD test and report. I did not understand that I was signing up for a recurring subscription. Afterward, I received an email showing a $1.00 payment and a $39.95 charge every 4 weeks.
The recurring subscription and the $39.95 renewal price should have been made very clear before I paid, not explained later in an email.
I also saw multiple attempted purchases made, but my bank declined by my bank, and back gives me suspicious activity on your account (I only paid once, this is more confusing and concerning)
The test is good, payment needs re-work

Fraudulent subscription enrollment
They enroll you in a subscription. Don’t send any receipts for monthly charges of $39.95. And then when I went to cancel, I had no active subscription! Fraudulent.
