Not a good experience for me!!!
It wasn't really clear that i was going to subscribe to a monthly subscription/payment, I never used the service except for the 1 dollar sketch and when on the day of the charge i explained this, still they didn't want to fully refund me. If the person is in good faith, made a honest mistake and doesn't want the service, why force them to pay?
It doesn't make any sense... I wouldn't want to sell just for the money: the person has also to use the service and gain value from it.
Not a good experience for me!!!

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we understand how disappointing an unexpected charge can feel. Our 7-day trial gives full access to every sketch and test, and it continues as a plan renewing every 4 weeks unless it’s cancelled before the trial ends.
These terms are shown clearly on our pricing page and at checkout, and they’re also set out in our subscription policy: https://yourmindart.com/docs/subscription-policy. Because full access starts immediately and stays active throughout each period, renewals are charged in advance. We’re sorry this wasn’t what you were expecting.
You can manage or cancel your plan anytime from your account to make sure no future renewals take place: https://yourmindart.com/cancel-sub

I thought the experience would be more realistic; I expected to be surprised by the resemblance to the face of someone I actually know or have known in the past, but this face is completely unfamiliar to me. I'm DESAPPOINTED

Hi there, thank you for sharing your experience with us. YourMindArt creates an original sketch from your answers about the features, shape, and mood you have in mind. It isn’t designed to recreate the face of a real person you know, so every sketch is a new, unique face.
We’re sorry it didn’t match what you were hoping for. If you’d like to try again, retaking the quiz with different answers will give you a fresh result, and your sketches stay saved in your account: https://yourmindart.com/login
