Both casey and rachel were amazing, very friendly and so helpful. they helped us get the perfumes we needed and i would definitely come back again.

Matt in Redditch kingfisher shopping center, helped me sooooo much,nothing was to much trouble all with a big smile 🥰 also wrapped my perfume beautifully with personalized ribbon which I loved ❤️

I was very disappointed this time my boyfriend allways buys my perfume from the perfume shop as do I. He purchased a few of my Christmas presents and the free gifts that were supposed to come with did not only a empty bag

Has skin testing gone out of fashion?
Whilst Christmas shopping at the Kingfisher Centre, Redditch, I dropped into The Perfume Shop in the hope of being able to compare the fragrances of two short-listed Dior Eau de Parfums (Sauvage & Homme for men), based upon their fragrance when applied to my skin. I had hoped that such a test would enable me to make a final selection from which to make a purchase with a budget of £100.00. Having explained the reason for my visit to the assistant, I was supplied with two paper strips, each one having a different parfum applied. Unlike a tester on the wrist however, this did not enable me to assess how each scent would perform when applied to my skin chemistry, so I left the shop without making a purchase. Has skin testing gone out of fashion?
Disappointing.
