Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Becca was an absolute star. Super friendly, knew her stuff, and somehow managed to find a fragrance I actually loved which is no easy task. No pushy sales, just good vibes and great advice.
The whole team were lovely and made the place feel really welcoming. Easily the nicest perfume shopping experience I’ve had in a long time.
Would 100 percent recommend. Wallet slightly lighter, confidence significantly higher 😄 Thanks Becca and the team.

The girls are great in there
The girls are great in there. Sienna and Bex helped me pick a birthday gift for my girlfriend. They wrapped it all up nicely and even gave me some samples of what I bought, so she could try it before opening. Would recommend this store any day of the week!

Whilst shopping at kingfisher redditch popped into the perfume shop and what lovely staff they have Chelsea was so helpful and polite she even gift wrapped my perfume and aftershave gifts, can't recommend them enough will definitely be shopping here again
