I visited the Livingston store on 16 july, Claudia and Kim assisted me with my purchase, what a great shopping experience, their knowledge and brilliant sense of humour made my day.

The staff went the extra mile both Euan and Aleah were a credit to the store and very helpful and patient. Gave some great advice and informed us of the best offers.

Was in on 26/06 and both the staff members that night were great, Euan and the girl with black hair (didn’t catch her name) they were really helpful in helping me find the right scent I was looking for and were very knowledgeable on the products! Will definitely be back :)

Claudia , was one of the most patient and kind people I ever encountered whilst shopping . Claudia took the time to share her knowledge about perfumes and colonges, not only that Claudia went out of her way to check many online stores comparing prices so that I could know exactly where to go for the lowest price . Claudia also educated me on the differences between Elixar , parfume and the others explaining in detail why they are different and last longer . When leaving the shop I witnessed Claudia doing the exact same with other customers ! Total epic and her assistant aleaha was also very good .

The fact that I bought 2 expensive perfumes and they were posted just as they were in a box with no protection, ie, some Bubble wrap or something to keep it from damage would’ve been great. I did receive my perfumes but they were not really packed well.. the box was damaged and could have this resulted in my perfume being smashed , thankfully they weren’t , however using bubble wrap or peanuts for future orders would really help to keep the items protected and peace of mind.

Shoutout to both Aleah & Euan who were very friendly and helpful . Aleah in paticular had the patience of a saint as we tried to discover which scent would be best for me. no pushy sales as i wanted to wander around the centre to see how the scent settled on my skin. Went back to purchase and they had 20 percent off which was even better .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was running low on my favourite fragrance and was served by Claire they were lovely and helpful so as always a great visit

Very friendly, polite and professional

Just had the best customer service from Ann in the Inverness branch. I had difficulty buying online with Apple Pay and missed the discount which was available. I showed her I couldn’t buy it on line and she told me to go away and come back in half an hour so she had time to phone customers services. When I arrived back she had resolved my problem and a phone number incase it happened again she went above and beyond as did the young girl working alongside her. I will be back soon love to have great personal service. 5 stars 🌟

Visited store on Sunday and was giving helpful informative information by Mia.

Feeling ripped off
I bought a 100ml bottle of CK IN2U aftershave for £53 in the shop.
A few days later i was in Semichem and the bigger 150ml bottle was £24.99.
Unfortunatly i have lost my reciept so can't take it back or i would have.
Pls shop around before you buy.
