We also stock the luxury perfume brands Dior, Tom Ford, Viktor & Rolf, Hermès and Maison Margiela. Not only do we have the experience of selling perfumes, we also have the expertise to match. Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. I had lovely time shopping in this shop tonight...got gifts for my daughters..was helped with Amy who also offered to gift wrap my gifts...Amy showed me some special offers that were too good not too buy...
Also Finn was also helping me as I got my eyes on Marc Jacobs as I was leaving it was there star buy...Find kindly wrapped this up for me...The service was great...Just lovely girls..thank you

Excellent customer service at this location. I visited the store to purchase Emporio Armani Stronger With You Intensely on behalf of a friend. Both team members were incredibly professional, but I want to specifically commend Kim for her helpfulness and generosity with a discount, as well as her colleague for her polite and welcoming demeanor.
