Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Amazing Staff
The staff at the perfume shop keeps me coming every time. They offer top notch service delivery. Finn is my all time favourite staff at the perfume shop. I met Aurora for the first time and she also did a great job. I look forward to visiting the shop again soonest.

I visited The Perfume Shop store 00109
I visited The Perfume Shop in Livingston (Store 109) and wanted to recognise two members of staff who made my experience exceptional firstly, Aurora, who served me on this visit, couldn't have been more helpful she was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for, I never felt rushed, even though all the other shops had already closed she stayed patient, smiling throughout, and made the whole experience enjoyable i also recognised another member of staff, Fin, who helped me on a previous visit back in May she was equally fantastic, with excellent knowledge of fragrances and the same warm, welcoming attitude together, Aurora and Fin make a brilliant team, in a time when great customer service can be hard to find, they both went above and beyond, there professionalism, product knowledge and genuine care for customers really stood out i sincerely hope The Perfume Shop knows what an asset these two are, because they are a huge credit to the company, they made what could have been a simple shopping trip a genuinely memorable experience
