Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Welcome smiles
Lauren was super friendly and helpful. She shared her knowledge of the scents and helped us make a purchase after signing up to the reward scheme. Another plus on the store is that it’s not overpowered by strong scents as these are discreetly wafted using scent cards.

Great customer service
The team here, especially Eileen, are always incredibly welcoming and helpful. I regularly visit to pick up a few aftershaves for the season, and they always take the time to help me find exactly what I’m looking for, often pointing me toward some great deals too. Their friendly service makes shopping here a real pleasure.
