Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My experience had clearly been felt by the couple in front of me who gave them chocolates for their repeated help and service. A cracking wee shop, I'll definitely buy from there again.

Dealt with a nice lady named Claire who was absolutely fantastic. Had brilliant customer service skills. Very helpful and patient when trying to help me decide on the right aftershave. Wasn’t at all pushy for a sale. Gave loads of samples to take away and let the scents settle before another smell test to try and decide the right one. Made the decision and came back in to see Claire to make the purchase. Wish everyone in high street shops were as nice as she was.
