Elizabeth was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the perfumes I was after. I was looking for a perfume to replace a discontinued one I’d used for a long time. She took the time to go through many perfumes and we found the perfect one. The staff even managed my daughter who hurt herself with a lolly and some tester perfumes to cheer her up! Was a fun and enjoyable experience. Would recommend!

I was helped today by Tomi, she was absolutely fantastic, she was so enthusiastic to find something I’d like! I mentioned a celebrity fragrance I love but that doesn’t last as long as I would like, and she went above and beyond to find me something similar providing me with so many recommendations and testers. Tomi was so helpful, full of positive energy, and made the whole experience a pleasure. Thank you so much, she is a credit to the store!

Kelly at the Bluewater store was so charming and interested and went to a great deal of effort to find a perfume with similar notes to one that has been discontinued in the UK. I am so grateful to her and she was also very kind to my 8yr old granddaughter.

My boyfriend went in looking for and me and him have very different preferences. Omario was serving us and helped us find a fragrance we both liked. He was so helpful that I ended up looking for myself. I told Omario what I like and what I’ve tried and he showed me some amazing recommendations. Went over and above to help us. Couldn’t ask for better help!

From the moment we walked in, he greeted us warmly and guided us through the entire fragrance selection process with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm. What impressed me most was that Omario is new to the role yet his confidence, product knowledge, and customer-first attitude made it feel like he’d been doing this for years.

We visited the Bluewater store today and were overwhelmed by the young lady who served us. She was very helpful and pleasant and made our shopping trip an absolute pleasure. It’s a pity more sales staff are not like her. I was so impressed, that I asked her her name, which is Tumi, so that I could write a review concerning our experience.

Oh my goodness such lovely staff at Bluewater shopping centre, welcomed as soon as I entered, the girl who served me who’s name I cannot remember, apologies, was so helpful and patient with me, kept me right and recommended a good selection, I did buy a bottle of Boss, it is my favourite, I also met the GM who again was so friendly and welcoming.

Barbara was a great help choosing the right perfume for my wife’s birthday. The wrapping was beautiful too. Thanks a million.
