Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Exceptional Customer service
I visited the store in Bluewater and Mia provided excellent customer service.
She took time to provide a detailed walk through of different offers in store. She was detailed and diligent and was very helpful.
She wrapped the gift with razor sharp precision and the gift looked like a million pounds lol !!!

My daughter and I were shopping for perfume at Bluewater. Kelly B was so helpful as the one we wanted wasn’t in stock. She logged us into account with a Loyalty card getting us a discount. Choosing wedding fragrances
Me and my partner visited the Bluewater store to look for an aftershave and perfume for our wedding. Whilst looking, we were approached by a lovely staff member, who helped us with some recommendations. Her name was Kelly S and she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! She made our shopping experience a very positive one! We walked away very happy customers, who are over the moon with our fragrances that she helped us choose!
