Ordered black and got grey, was told the black isn’t very black. Asked for a refund as it was damaged. Not getting a response when asking for a refund

Terrible quality, extremely thin and not at all worth the price - you could get much better cheaper leggings elsewhere. They don't send receipts, tracking numbers, order confirmations or answer customer enquiries either

Wish I could give zero! Thin product- blue not black- does nothing. Incredibly rubbish and overpriced and customer services ignore you when you ask to return the product. I have sent several emails spanning over a month. They offer to send you another. If only I’d read trust pilot first! Definitely do not order this fake product

Terrible company and terrible customer services. Ordered £100 with of items over 2 weeks ago. Not received. Company did reply after 3 emails to say that the order was lost and they would replace them, just to ask, what did I order and the size! Surly they would know this from my previous order. Said yes and now 3 emails laster no reply. Requesting a full refund now and will be issuing a fraudulent transaction and fake company to my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Should have seen this before ordering as I would have never have used this company.

I received ripped at the hip leggings! Contacted the seller, sent pictures as requested and nothing! I’m now going through PayPal to resolve the issue. Had to wait almost a month for delivery to get unwearable pants, go through a process to try and get my money back. This is a crap product they will steal your money!!

Sent the wrong size, contacted them and they offered to send replacement in correct size, declined and requested a refund, as poor quality material and stitching, have sent several emails requesting refund, but no further contact from company.
Paid with Apple Pay, so trying to raise a refund through my card issuer

Yep, what a joke!! Have sent several emails and no response. I ordered XS and was sent S! Seriously, answer my messages and send me the correct size!! Disgraceful service! Beware out there 😤

I have been trying to get a refund for 2 weeks. The material is not comfortable and unattractive. Anyone know what else I can do??

Received my leggings today. Bit uncomfortable due to the ruched bottom. My main complaint, however, is that I only handled the leggings for about 3 minutes and my hands and nails were black!!! I'm now scared to sit on any chairs in case of colour transfer!

I ordered some of these leggings which arrived and were see through. I have attempted to contact them via email and the contact form multiple times since February 2023 and have NEVER received any response whatsoever. I want a refund and cannot fathom how I am supposed to get one. Will never ever order from a website like this again.

I bought a pair of leggings 7 days ago... have reached put via email and on Facebook and received no response... I'd like to know when I will be receiving my item!

Update - I received my leggings after 18 working days. They didn't fit or do what the video marketing states they do so I emailed the company again on August 21st and 30th but again received no response. I even messaged them on Facebook but again no response.

UPDATE - You claim I've reviewed the wrong conpany. I haven't and have emaik evidence to prove it. I want you to send me a new pair of leggings as per your terms! Contant me immediately!

Buyers Beware! Scam

I received the leggings and they are OK, but too small.

So, I emailed the email address given to ask about a refund and no respond after 4 emails. They wrote back and said would I like a different size, but I refused and asked again for a refund. NO RESPONSE. Awful customer service. I really regret purchasing these leggings.

Placed my order, and after not receiving it I reached out to the company. They said to check with USPS. After calling USPS they informed me it was returned to sender. Now peachlift won't return my phone calls or emails. No wonder you can't leave a review on their website. Their customer service is trash. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

The leggings had a hole/tear in them and they're very see thru! Awful material too, DO NOT BUY!

If I could give 0 I would. Never received my item, when I contacted the company at first they were good and said they'd get onto the problem. After a while they just replied saying that it takes time to go through everyone to get to the couriers. The couriers said they had left a "missed you Card" on the order tracker. I never received anything. It has been 2 1/2 months and nothing has happened, they do not reply to my emails now and I am now reporting them to trading standards to prevent this happening to anyone else. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Cheaply made, see through leggings. I could buy the same thing cheaper on Amazon or shein or any other online store. I regret spending my money on this.

Absolutely shocking product and customer service, these are not the official tiktok leggings but a rip-off, poor quality copy, was sent the wrong colour, they were see through, the band was way too low, and the stitching on the back that was supposed to give the 'peach lift' was so rubbish that it just stretched and looked like normal leggings. Tried to get a full refund and they requested a picture of the leggings, and despite them being the wrong colour entirely, would not give a refund. Luckily payed with PayPal, so lodged a claim with them which came in my favour so I got a full refund.
