Absolutely appalling. I ordered an xl as a size 14 they didn't even fit my 11 yr old slim daughter. I have emailed for a refund 7 times. No reply. This company is a total scam do not order from them

Order took forever to arrive. Once it did arrive the tights were poorly made and were see-through once pulled on. Communication was extremely difficult and once I did receive a response the company refused a refund. They would only offer to send a different size and would not accept a return for a refund. I've had to initiate a dispute claim with my bank.

I wish I read reviews before ordering! AVOID !! Will claim my money through visa but shouldn't need to do it, apalling lack of repy on emails!!

Absolutely terrible quality leggings. Cheap, flimsy material and I got sent the wrong size. Despite saying they offer returns, they do not provide any returns address or information and do not respond to any emails. Please avoid at all costs.

Claims made that are not true. My leggings were made from cheap shiny material which were unwearable and so expensive. Complete rip off with no process to return them.

Absolutely disgusted in the customer service. I ordered some leggings which are completely see-through and cant be worn and I have tried to contact these people to get a refund as this is disgraceful and I have heard nothing back. I am disappointed to say the least considering how much they cost, they should not be see-through. Do not buy from these scam artists they take your money and give you a poor quality product.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They charge you and never respond to anything when you try and reach out to customer service. I tried cancelling the order before it ever shipped after 2 weeks of waiting and nothing. Then I tried reaching out another 2 times and no response either. I reported it to my credit card company and they are dealing with it.

Didn’t even receive the leggings I paid for. Taken the money, sent nothing. Claimed parcel was delivered, it was not so I asked for proof of postage so I could query with Royal Mail but since requested they have stopped replying to messages

My leggings are fine, they fit okay and are a good thickness, but I don’t feel that they particularly lift my bum, which is their whole unique selling point. They are just plain leggings. I have therefore asked to return them, but their return policy is rubbish. They don’t answer emails or online enquiries. Basically I’m stuck with them.

Never respond and do not buy I sent so much emails even tried to call international.
Report this company they lied about return policy unreliable business

The leggings are not the correct size i have tried messaging for 6 weeks to get these changed and no one will get back to me about returns terrible customer service!

Received defective merchandise. Emailed customer service via the website within 14 days of receipt…no response. Emailed customer service via my personal email….no response. Filed a dispute with my credit card company. They responded. Shocker, not! As a successful small business owner, I try to support other small businesses but I cannot and will not support those who don’t communicate with customers and who don’t follow their own return policies. I will be sharing this review with my entire social and professional network. The moral of this story is…do unto others because you never know who you might be screwing over.

These leggings are the worst ever!! I’ve tried to contact them and no response via all media’s. I want my money back and a refund! Leggings don’t look anything like pictures

I read all the reviews after ordering (unfortunately) and panicked ! But my tights arrived a few weeks later as promised and I love them!! Good quality and fit perfect! I must have got lucky!

I wish I had read the reviews! Do not order - I ordered in April and still don’t have my order. They do not respond to emails (although I keep getting emails asking for feedback!)

Not responding to my emails. They have no communication, no phone number. The email don’t work. Don’t have good customer service how you do a business like that. Ripping off people.
