Noticed while making the stubs that there was no part to put my address on it like a real work stub. It was horribly put together and totally looked fake for $39

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced.
To include the employee's address on the paystub, you will need to click "Add Additional Employee Information" and enter the address details. Please note that the employee address is only displayed when a long paystub template is selected, as the standard template does not have sufficient space to accommodate this information.
To help resolve this as quickly as possible, we have sent you an email. Please reply at your earliest convenience, and we'll be happy to assist you further and ensure your paystub is updated accordingly.

By Far The Best
I have tried many services and The Pay Stubs was the easiest to use by far. It gave me everything that I needed and I've used their services several times now. Each time I am very satisfied. However, I have noticed that in order to edit a pay stub, you now have to contact the company. Previously, you were able to go in and do minor edits.

Refund Promised but Never Received
Unfortunately, I can only give this company a 1-star rating.
I made a purchase on June 5, and the system froze during checkout, resulting in my card being charged three additional times. I contacted customer service immediately and was informed that the duplicate charges had been escalated to the appropriate department for processing. I was also told that my refund would be issued within 24–48 hours.
It has now been several weeks, and I still have not received my refund or any meaningful update regarding the status of my case. I guess my refund wasn't their concern, even after I was told it had been escalated and would be resolved within two days.
The lack of follow-up and poor customer service has been extremely disappointing. I am writing this review in the hope of finally resolving this issue. It's unfortunate that I have to leave a public review just to hopefully receive a response.

The paystubs doesn't work
The paystubs doesn't work, I used to get an apartment and it didn't work and the income was valid, I do contractor work so I don't receive paystubs and need them. So I thought this may solve my issue but no it didn't work so I wasted my money.
