Good Afternoon,
We are sorry for letting you down on this experience. We do advise 10 days for payments to be refunded as this is the longest timescale it can take depending on your method of payment. Card transactions are normally refunded within 3 working days but PayPal or Klarna can take extra time due to factors outside of our control. Due to this the automatic response has been set at the longest it can take.
Once again our sincere apologies for this issue and we hope your refund has reached you in a timely manner.
Kind Regards
Neil
