Pen & Emma go above and beyond with every floral request. I ordered a birthday bouquet and funeral arrangement this week and both were beautiful. Thank you!

Beautiful flowers
My friends and I thought the flowers were elegant and beautiful. Pen was delightful. The arrangement turned out smaller than I was aiming for my friend father memorial. The pricing was fair, so next time, I will know better to double the order to achieve the desired arrangement size and communicate better over an international call verses emails.
Thank you Secret Garden for the cute beautiful arrangement and the very sweet handwritten note.

Dear Neda,
I am glad to hear that you and your friends liked the flowers, but sorry to hear that you thought the arrangement was on the small side. It is sometimes a little difficult to always interpret accurately what customers want, so I do apologise for that.
Thank you for your time in reviewing our flowers, it means a lot to us.
Best wishes,
Pen

Jamestown is so lucky to have The Secret Garden!
Jamestown is so lucky to have The Secret Garden! Although I don't live there, I have ordered special bouquets for my mother-in-law multiple times, and every time they exceed my expectations. They go out of their way to find things that are not in the shop, and then they carefully deliver these on-time and with great care. David, the manager - and all of his staff - are warm, caring, and very professional. Highly recommended.
