They took longer than all my other orders, refused to cancel my order, then claimed they delivered it to my house, but nothing ever showed up!

This is really a ZERO stars but it won't let me do that. TheNordStore insisted that I return $158 jacket to ITALY - UPS quoted me almost $300! TheNordStore wouldn't discuss any other option. My attorney's letter to TheNordStore's NY mailing address (posted on their website) was returned "no such address". Who needs/wants to do business with a company that lies, cheats and has no respect for their customers. Share this as much as you can!

Horrible quality of items, customer service is poor, sizing chart is not US sizing. Company is overseas in Italy. If you need to return an item then you must ship it back to Italy AT YOUR EXPENSE. Minimum cost for shipping from US to Italy is $20 for 1 pound.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I received an item of poor quality. It took a threat to get a response. I had to send pictures of the item in the original packaging. I finally received approval and instructions to return- to Italy! It cost me $52 to return a $74 item, which I did on principle. I again had to send photos before I sent the package. A month later- package was returned marked refused! I contacted them and still do not have a resolution. I filed a complaint with my credit card company, which then brought a telephone call. They want me to remove my complaint and they will refund me. I refused to remove anything until my item and shipping are refunded.
I told them they have a short window before I file social media reviews. This is just step one of many!

Ordered boots. Took 3 weeks to arrive and a few emails! Then they are way too big. I emailed so I can return, and get this bs email back about offering me 30% off and don’t have to return boots. What do I need a pair of boots that are BIG? Can’t wear them! Option 2 was I can return, get 30% credit I pay shipping. They are nuts! Beware! Never again! Going to review on Facebook too!

BEWARE - I ordered a sweater from NORD that was made of poor material and needed to be returned. I emailed them within 7 days of receiving the item to start a return but never heard from them. I tried calling them but it went to a recorded message that all their operators were helping other customers and then they just hung up on me. The website says you can Chat by clicking the Messenger button on the bottom right of the webpage but there is NO button. Amazing. Please do NOT purchase anything from this site.

These people are scammers! I purchased an item that was too small. It cost around $100. The return process was painful. First I had to email a picture of the item to prove it was in good condition. Then I paid over $30 to ship it to their returns center in Italy. Months later I get the package back marked “refused”! Never ever again will I order from this company or any other site that ships from outside the US. Lesson learned.

Update- I sent pics of the refused package to customer service via email and they say they are going to refund the purchase cost. Satisfied with this and await my refund.

I would NOT purchase anything from this store. I ordered a pair of shoes that took forever to arrive and when they did they were too small. When they arrived there was no shoe box, they were jammed in a plastic zip lock bag wrapped in bubble wrap and stuck in a mailer envelope. I was going to return them but found out they had to be shipped to Italy, which would have cost $30.00 to ship, which is almost half of the cost of the shoes. I find it really odd they were shipped out of CA, but have to be returned to Italy! I wish I would have read all these reviews first before purchasing them!
I am disputing this on my credit card.

It's a terrible example of a store which does not care about its customers and does not hide it. First, 7 days return policy is not working in post-COVID times (delivery is always slower). The store retains this policy anyway. Second, customer service does not respond to the E-mails and does not take calls. Even if products are good (there are not excellent, though) you don't want to buy from this store again. I strongly recommend not to shop in this store.

They trick you into thinking they are Nordstrom by their ads, then don’t refund your money for returns if your order even shows up! I have been waiting on a dress for a month and now the tracking shows Dec of 2022. They refuse to refund my money or make good on the order, it’s a SCAM!!!! Buyer Beware!

Bought a $92 raincoat that was HUGE and there’s no reasonable way to return it (the cost would be $60 and it still would not meet their requirement that I prove delivery). BEWARE of NO RETURNS (even though their website says 7-day money back guarantee).

They are a scam. They send the wrong merchandise and refuse to return or refund your money.

This retailer is Terrible. Their return policy is beyond ridiculous and worse than any other retailer you could name. When you have an issue they don’t care at all and do absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. I would not recommend buying anything from this terrible retailer.

Total frauds! I don’t want a refund but to exchange something. I actually like the jacket but it’s too large. No one answers a phone call or any e mails. Stay away!

Worst experience ever. Product not as Promised. Took 2 months to receive it.

If I could give them no stars I would. Ordered “oversized” raincoat. Not! Tried to exchange but they could not have made the process more difficult. I have given up. Don’t do it if you are thinking of ordering!!! I have been ripped off!!

this is a total scam-ordered a rain coat-huge size-returned it to ITALY cost $54 to ship- 8 months later was returned to me unopened- don't order or trust them!

Terrible online store. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!
I purchased a coat which was much too big for a medium.
Tried to return but was told it was 7 days past the return date. I only received it 8 days after the purchase.

My credit card is now investigating as fraud.
