I have waited 31 days for this order and watched the course of its so called tracking to see it says it was delivered where I ask myself it definitely isn't with me. Customer services Banana is no help what so ever tells you to be patient how many people are going to get scammed by these people until something is done about it. I am so annoyed PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE THEY ARE A DEFINATE SCAM

I ordered clothes from them in January it's now March, I didn't receive anything.
I emailed them and they said it was delivered to ask my neighbors if they got my package or maybe it was my mailman fault, I have cameras on my house and nothing was delivered.
I ask for my money back and they said they couldn't do that they would resend my order for me to sign for.
Please don't order from them it's a scam.

I ordered clothing back in December, never received anything from them. Got a fake shipping receipt and when I checked it said order was shipped and supposedly I didn’t pick up from UPS. Why would I pick anything up from UPS when I provided a specific delivery address. They should be reported to states AG and any consumer reporting agency that can put a stop to these fraudulent companies. Don’t order anything from them their name is fake and they definitely don’t deliver any products you pay for.

Company never sent merchandise. They sent tracking number and sent fake cheap ring then said order was sent. I guess they consider the cheap ring as your merchandise instead of the clothes. They also state if you order 40+ in dollars that shipment is free. So if you order more than 40 bucks then what you are actually paying for is a cheap ring. This is a scam people. I wish I had read this before I ordered.

Total ripoff. Had a large order and they sent a tracking number. Watched the tracking and it said order delivered. I got a stupid fake ugly ring that I DID NOT ORDER. Now when contacting them they send nonsense emails. The person's name on the emails is BANANA. WTH. Don't fall for the scam. They are a total bunch of liars. Wish I could put a 0 on rate

I have ordered from nords and according to the tracking no my item has been delivered i do not know where as i have not got it these people are slime bags and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

-10 review placed order 1/6/23 today is 2 19 still nothing buy they got my money. Also gave me a bogus tracking number. Contacted them 4 times same old bull response. And today told them i want money back.

I ordered several items from Nords. I think the name implies it is from Nordstrom but it is NOT. I wish sooooooo much I had read this site first. My things have not arrived and I ordered them 2 mos ago. I have sent them around 4 emails and they have sent me a useless tracking number. If they write back it is the same email over and over saying they have lots of orders (which I am sure is true at those prices) and it will arrived soon. I am really 😡 about this!

Scammmmmmm!!!!!! I order 22 product , they give me a track no and i receive one cheap ring what i not order.Police must know about this urgent!!!!

I placed a good size order on 12/22/2022 and as of this date 01/26/2023 have not received any of it. I received an email with a tracking number and a link to Track654 stating that the package was left at my mailbox via USPS on 01/20/2023. I went to the local post office and they informed me that I was given a bogus tracking number and no package was received by Nords or delivered to me. I then went to UPS and they also confirmed that there is no such tracking number in their system either. Looks like I'm S.O.L. on this deal. My advice, please save yourself time, money and aggravation by not buying from this outfit.

I have ordered and paid. No correspondence from them where my order is or if its being sent. I think i got scammed. Do not order from them.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I recently placed an order & my email address had a typo. Therefore, I have not receive confirmation of my order. I've contacted them several times to correct the error and have received no response or acknowledgement. I am starting to wonder if I will receive my order.

Do not buy anything from this company. They are not legitimate!!!
You will never receive your order.
They take your money and run and you are left with nothing.

My coat arrived very quickly but was about two sizes smaller than expected. They definitely run small.
I emailed the company asking for the return procedure after sending a photo of the coat plus tags.
The return process was only explained after several more emails.
The return address is in Italy so I’m wondering just how legit this firm are?
After reading other reviews it would appear to be a cunning way to trick people into cutting their losses.
Avoid at all costs.

I ordered seven or eight items January 2, 2023, and was assured they would come within 2 weeks I got emails that came back undelivered unavailable when they did email me they assured me that the tracking number was correct and that it would be delivered today I get an email and it says that the package was delivered yesterday and it was not delivered and every time I email him it is totally bogus to email comes back and I hear nothing from them after contacting them consistently many times and I have received nothing be careful ordering from anything that says Nord I researched it and it says they're legitimate I don't think so I am beginning to think this is a bogus company so we're contacting our bank to file a discrepancy fraud charge and get our money back which we've had to do before I would not order anything from this company and if we don't get our money back and we don't get the clothes I'm falling charges with the Federal Trade Commission which I've done before and it has worked. We've had to do that before and they did take care of the company that we were dealing with.

Any 5 star reviews are "bull s#*#" . My experience was similar to other 1 star reviews. I was asked to return the piece of cheap merchandise to Italy!? Easy returns? HA. After two rounds with American Express, I finally got a credit. I have not seen the company on FB in a long time.

took 4 weeks to get it, didn’t fit and they won’t let me return it. Says you have to return to China yourself , then they deduct shipping (which you’ll pay) they said really expensive .

Too bad for consumers, your stuck with what you order , no return no refund type company! Guess it’s a drop ship store and they wipe their hands after clear after you get it,
