We are a family firm of heat engineers focused on helping others switch their reliance on fossil fuels to renewables. We are MCS accredited for heat pumps and solar photovoltaics, enabling our clients to gain the government incentives available. As a Daikin Specialist Distributor and Installer for the past 15 years, we have many Daikin heat pump installations around Scotland and we undertake all the ongoing servicing and maintenance with our own Daikin trained FGas engineers. All the Daikin Altherma systems installed by us have a 5 year parts and labour End User Warranty with Daikin Europe, so in the unlikely event that our company ceases to trade, your warranty is secure with a large European company. Our new Sustainable Home Centre is now open to visitors in Newport on Tay where all the Daikin equipment we install is on display along with a Tesla Powerall as optional energy storage for you home.

Air source heat pump installation
We used The Natural Energy Company to design and install a new air source heat pump system to replace our oil fired boiler. The team at the company were very helpful at all stages offering advice on the best solutions and patiently explaining the technology when required. As the change of boiler also required replacements to existing radiators, the company also organised this and ensured that the equipment installed was appropriate for our needs. The heating engineer contractors Evolved Energy Services performed the installation work as instructed by The Natural Energy Company and were also excellent. The work all took place within the timescales agreed and we were kept up to date at all points in the project's progress. Huge thanks to David and the team at the company for all their hard work. We would happily recommend this company to anyone considering the switch to more eco-friendly home heating systems.

Excellent renewable project with an excellent team
After searching many companies in Scotland, I opt for the Natural Energy Company. They seemed established and I got a sense of great knowledge and experience after the first phone call. David has fantastic expertise and both him, and the office, were responsive to questions. Nothing was a hassle. Guided me through the process and the grant system with Home Energy Scotland.
The installation team were brilliant. Iain, Davie and Willie were polite, efficient and really knew their stuff. No fault could be found. This type of project - heat pump and PV - was a big financial investment - I could not have picked a better company. Totally happy.

Excellent Service and Installation
Amazing service, communication, quality and installation. All staff are available when you need them and are able to help you with any advise needed (even helping with Home Energy Scotland funding process). Our new heat pump system has been fitted with precision and has made a huge difference in the house. 100% would recommend.
