Genuinely such a scam. We ordered a custom gold filled nameplate necklace over 2 months ago now and it is still not shipped.

Everytime I get a response from customer service it's "this is being shipped later today" - and then surprise surprise nothing ever happens. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Made 2 separate orders on Sep 5 and still (Nov 11) have not received any of the orders. We require the items for Nov 23 but I am pretty certain that we won't receive the orders in time. No offer of discount or any type of compensation has been given by M Jewellers either. They have only apologized. I will not be recommending them to anyone.

Will never order from you again, made me wait 7 months for my order. Wouldn’t provide a refund. Such a scam

terrible production & shipping services

placed my order on june 25th - for literally A NAME PLATE NECKLACE which i could have gotten ANYWHERE and as of november 6th, i still don't know why my order is not shipped and their customer service team can't give me any information

Communication with the customer is horrible & wait time is depicted wrongly. Do better as a business !

I ordered a choker and it came with a broken clasp, can’t even return or exchange it because it was a sale item smh. Not great quality which I did not expect as I have previously ordered here with no issues.

The quality of the items are extremely cheap. If I could return, I would. The necklace arrived completely tangled up inside the box and is so cheap it feels like it was going to break as I was trying to untangle it. The ring is flimsy and thin and a terrible yellow color. More costume jewelry yellow than gold vermeil.

The store with the best quality gold, personalized pieces. Excellent customer service, with great care and dedication to the customer. The delivery time of the pieces is very efficient and on time, and the response time is very fast. I recommend the jewelry store to everyone. Visit us and you will be enchanted by every detail of each piece and will want to come back. Much success, and I have great affection for the team and the founders of the jewelry store.

If I could give no stars I would.
I purchased 2 gold necklaces back in Febuary. They have still not been sent or have given me no serious confirmation that they have even started making them. The customer service team is seriously lacking they send a generic thanks for your patience rest assured blah blah reply every time. They don’t follow up I have to email first. They are refusing to issue a refund & at this point I’m at a loss on what to do. It’s at the point I believe they are a total scam & I am probably never going to get the pieces I ordered or my money back.

I order a custom necklace from the m jewelers back in April. It was for my sisters graduation gift I I waited until June but I never received a tracking number so i contacted customer service. They told me that they had no ETA on my order and that they needed approval from a supervisor to cancel and refund my order. It was a big back and forth argument with them to get my order canceled and refunded. I finally just contacted my bank to place a dispute because I was getting nowhere with them. I got my money back from my bank in July and then today I received a random tracking number. I emailed customer service telling them that I no longer want my order because it’s already been four months and I never received any update. I will never be purchasing an item from the m jewelers again!!!!

The quality of your products has gone down hill but the price has stayed the same. I bought the same necklace twice one year apart so that a friend could have a matching piece of jewelry. The necklace I was sent more recently felt like costume jewelry compared to what I was sent a year ago. The bezels are worse quality and uneven. The gold itself felt uneven and rough compared to the nice smooth finish I received last year. Even the necklace itself was several links shorter. You sell overpriced trash and I would not recommend The M Jewelers to anyone. Garbage.

Also a gold filled chain I purchased last year is beginning to tarnish as if it was just gold plated, which leads me to believe your item descriptions are also unreliable and deceitful.

8- months of ongoing issues. Placed a order in December 2023. Order was delayed with the promise of creation at least 3 times before I asked for a refund. A refund has yet to be granted and it has been 8-months. Buyers be aware.
