The anklet I ordered is way too big. I’ll have to give it away.

The website was incredibly easy to use had tons of beautiful options, and I can’t be more obsessed with this bracelet. I was looking at a similar one in a different finish that would have been eight times more than this one but I’m glad I didn’t this one is PERFECT

I bought my item a week ago and still haven’t received it. I’m not getting any shipping updates either. I know this doesn’t necessarily pertain to the company, but it’s definitely frustrating.

Well, like many of the others, I placed an order and then.... NOTHING. No replies to emails I sent, all phone numbers DISCONNECTED?!?!! I have initiated a dispute on my credit card bc I will not do business with a company who conducts themselves this way.
Oh, and the 5 star review on here from Mark Shami? He's the owner of this clown show. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I've been trying to get in touch to change the shipping address on my order as there was an error and I have been unable to contact anyone to help me.

Phone number doesn't work and it's hard to get ahold of anyone. When I call the number it just answers and hangs up.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is a complete scam. I ordered a custom ring two months ago and have not received it, even though the website states up to 8-20 business days (okay random? Just say up to 4 weeks) to ship. Can't get an answer from their customer service email, they are deleting comments from their Instagram (which is filled with bots) calling them out, and all of their phone lines are disconnected. This feel illegal and so frustrating.

My daughter asked for a custome necklace that I paid over 400 dollars for back in November. They stated it would be ready in 3-4 weeks.. They are not very good at replying since they have no store phone number for you to contact. I had to take a day off and tell them I well report fraud if I didn’t get the necklace or my money back. No one ever took responsibility on what happened with order with fingers pointing to each other. Finally received the necklace via mail and it came in completely tangled had to take it to a jewelry store to get fixed. Bottom line is they wouldn’t have have done anything about this issue had I not gone in to the store. Horrible customer service.

Would give zero stars if I could. I literally had to fight with M for MONTHS and finally go through PayPal to get a refund of 43 dollars and some odd change back for an item they said was in stock that was not, that was then put on infinite backorder. They are thieves who hope you'll just get tired of dealing with their bullshit and give up.

Their jewelry is cheap, plated garbage and they do the "hike the prices up way high then slash them and call it a discount" thing. Save your money for GOOD pieces, and buy them from ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT M.

I ordered a pearl nameplate necklace for my daughter in law in remembrance of her mom on November 24, 2025. I have still not received it and through several attempts to contact them through email as their phone number they list does not work. I have had no response other than an automated message saying someone will contact me between 24-48 hrs. I have had no contact. I believe I have been scammed and if I were you I would definitely stay away from this company. I’m actually surprised they still are selling jewelry on their website site. Total frauds in my opinion.

Ordered a nameplate necklace - no update on shipment and it’s been over a month. No response to the Contact Us email they provide - sent 2 now. The number they give on the website doesn’t work and they don’t respond to their IG either. Don’t bother just get the nameplate elsewhere!

Absolutely horrible. They didn’t send my gifts I bought, the customer service kept telling me they were looking into it for 2 months!!!! Do not buy. Scam!!

I received the incorrect item and customer support kindly and promptly rectified the issue. I have also visited the store in LA previously and everyone was super nice and helpful.

SCAM !!!!! ruined christmas

I ordered a locket for my sister for Christmas and it arrived broken - it doesn’t shut and swings open. I’ve emailed them multiple times and no one is replying to me.
They have awful customer service and bad quality products

package wasn’t even coming from far and still managed to get lost in the mail. every phone number they list is an inactive number LOL
