The necklace came in the box kinked so now it does not lay flat on my neck and I’ve tried everything I can to flatten it. It looks awful on my neck :-(

Such great people and products!

Its so frustrating and an inconvenience to have to wait for my order and its been about a month. There is no communication whatsoever. After contacting the contact email 3 times I still haven't received any response back. I just want a refund.

The only reason I’m giving a 2 is because the necklace was beautiful and my daughter loved it. Other then that it took 7 weeks to arrive and no one in customer service could give time frames of when the item would ship. This was ordered in over a month before I needed it for my daughter’s birthday and there was no posting on the site that states it takes THAT long to ship. I would not order from them again. Which is unfortunate but the wait was terrible.

This took me over a MONTH to receive. I don’t understand how it can take that long to make when the engraving quality really is not there. The engraving is not deep enough or made in a way where it’s visible and it’s also very small. I ordered sterling silver and my piece honestly felt like the metal of a soda can. It’s extremely light, feels and sounds like poor quality. I felt that the picture didn’t identically match my product. Very disappointing.

I had been wanting to order the personalized gothic nameplate necklace for forever and finally decided to when I noticed there was a sale. It obviously took some time to receive it due to it being personalized but it was well worth the wait! I got the sterling silver and I love it!!

Terrible experience and still haven't received my order 5 weeks later.

The M Jewelers were extremely helpful in creating my unique, custom earring for my fiancé! They came out better than we could have expected!!

The necklace is very cute but also super uncomfortable and digs into my neck.

Unfortunately, I have yet to receive my item almost 3 weeks later.

I bought the silver barbed wire choker during the 40% off sale ($55)
Pros:
- dainty, beautiful, best barbed wire necklace I've seen
- lightweight and good quality
- true to images on website
- white-silver look is great for dark skin tones
- fast, reliable shipping

Cons:
- White-silver color is light and difficult to see on light skin tones, a darker silver would've looked more like real barbed wire and easier to match with other silver accessories I own
- it's dainty and i worry it might break when it's tighter or when i bend my neck
- expensive and probably wouldn't buy without sale

I haven’t received my order or any shipping updates in over a week.

I ordered both non-personalized and personalized items from M Jewelers, expecting them to honor what’s clearly stated on their website: non-personalized items ship within 3–4 business days, ahead of the personalized ones, free of charge.

That did not happen.

It’s now been 7 business days, and nothing has shipped. No updates. No tracking. No separation of items. Just repeated, unhelpful, copy-paste email responses that don’t actually address anything I ask. Now they’ve simply stopped responding altogether.

What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. If you're going to promote faster shipping for certain items, then follow through—or at the very least communicate. Instead, it feels like once they have your money, you're no longer their concern.

This experience comes off as careless at best, and deliberately misleading at worst.
I won’t be ordering again—and I wouldn’t recommend M Jewelers to anyone who values honest communication, timely shipping, or basic customer respect.

Sent me the wrong ring size then wanted me to jump through hoops in order to get a return after the teams mistake. Insane. Also over a $25 ring…. I’d understand if it were a heftier price

The M Jewelers were respectful and understood my concerns. They stood behind their product and helped me receive a replacement. I appreciate their service to the customer.

My order arrived within the estimated shipping time and the necklace I got is beautiful!! I love it soo much and I’ve gotten a handful of compliments on it since getting it about a week ago! :)

My jewelry is so beautiful and the packaging was perfect!
