My boyfriend ordered me 2 items on black Friday. It never arrived, so he emailed and no response. I started commenting on their insta posts (which they later hide from the public) and they finally sent the package SIX WEEKS later. Will never order from them again. 0 customer service.

My bracelet came broken , I have reached out multiple times to the company in emails regarding the issue and have not heard back from anyone

I ordered a mystery box from the store. This was my first time ordering with them. I knew I would get three mystery items when they arrived. I was really excited. They came in nice boxes however when I opened them, I received one pair of very thin gold, hoops, a gold tennis bracelet and what look like a bracelet or anklet I couldn’t figure out what to do with it. It would didn’t fit my neck. It was too tight. I couldn’t put on my wrist. It was too big for my ankle. I reached out to customer support to see if they could help and they replied that it was a choker. and I explained it didn’t fit…was tiny, they just told me it’s part of a mystery box therefore, we can’t address changing it or helping. I see now why they have 2.6 stars.

I placed my order on 9 October and now
It’s 26 November and my one necklace order is still not shipped. I am questioning if it would ever be shipped. I reached out twice and they just claim that it’s custom made blah blah, but on the website it says it’d take 2-5weeks tho! I don’t recommend, start to feel like a scam - -

I placed an order for an *in stock* item on October 20th, and to date (December 5th) I have still not received my item. Their website states that in stock items will ship within 2-3 business days. I’ve reached out several times and “Angelou” only gives excuses as to why it still has not shipped. They even tried to adjust my order date to October 27th when I reached out, but my bank statement clearly shows the original date of purchase. I am filing a complaint with the BBB because they refuse to provide a refund or actually ship the item. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

on the google search the specific item i searched for shows up with reviews underneath (when you click, it should take you to official company site). when you click on item however, NO REVIEWS ARE AVAILABLE ON SITE. this is the issue with all individual items i searched. suspicious.

The lockets are beautiful. Only taking off one star because the chain is very thin and feels like would snap pretty soon.

I had an issue with the lock on the necklace i bought and the team was right on it and sent me out a new one. Great customer service ensures return customers!

Ordered two necklaces but doubt I will place another order. It took three weeks to receive the order, which was about two weeks later than expected. In addition, one of the necklaces was broken when I opened the box. The packaging is lovely and I really like the jewelry and the price point, but given the difficulties do not think I will place another order.

Shipping took far longer than expected. At checkout, there was no indication that any of the items were ‘pre-order’ or going to take longer. I got my pieces 6 weeks after ordering and the coloring is completely different from the photos. The styles are very cute and seem well made, but the gold coloring is brighter and more yellow than I prefer. The gems appear plastic. Additionally, the cord for the necklace I ordered appears dark brown on the website, while the cord that was delivered appears clay red/brown. Overall very disappointing, especially since I waited so long for the items.

I’ve been trying to return my jewelry and I am not getting the service that I should. Your return policy is very clear that I can return it and exchange it for something else. The color in the cord does not match what’s online and it’s not something that my daughter and I like Please send me my return information
