ThemeGrill Anmeldelser

I found the Technical Support team to be excellent in resolving a conflict with another plugin.

The attendant had in-depth knowledge on how to resolve the difficulty and I was very happy.

Team is a 10

my best option and amazing customer service

great support experience. fast and reliable!
keep on

We have used a ThemeGrill theme (ColorMag) for years now and it has been stable and easy to use. On the one time I needed a little support after an upgrade I got a response & successful resolution within minutes. This is all on the free service as well - who says you never get something for nothing. Can't praise them highly enough. Our site is for a small amateur sports club, but I would certainly be prepared to upgrade if the funds were available.

Excellent, he helped me solve the case in minutes, he is the best costumer service!

Bit frustrated by a change to the Theme which messed up my Site Title by wrapping the text. However, the help desk advised me how to sort it and did so in a very efficient and effective manner

I'm using Colormag Pro for my Blog Kulturbroad. It's a great Theme and the support is very good

I have been using a WordPress theme by ThemeGrill for my Berlinblog.dk for some years. Great product with an excellent support team.

I asked about 15 questions. They answered all my questions.

I've been using the Zakra Pro WordPress theme for a few years now. It's very customisable, but occasionally there are things that I just can't figure out. Simply reaching out to the support desk provides a quick email solution to the issues, with them identifying the cause of the issue and providing any necessary additional CSS or theme functions html. (The issues have always been caused by other plugins.)

Zakra theme is easy to set up and control. The Zakra team is very helpful. The team is very willing and helpful in case of questions. They helped me customize design exactly the way I need it.

Oops, my hand can't choose 1 of stars

Colormag is very good for Magazine or News Blog, why? Because very speed for loading page, easy for edit and customize, the design is Futuristic

And... The support very clear and great.

I started using the free Spacious theme long time ago and loved it for its simplicity and easy customization. Last year I started using some of the other paid themes and haven't had to look anywhere else for my theme needs. [5/5]
The customer service is excellent. Sometimes the response is a bit slow, but this is mostly due to the time difference. [4.5/5]

Quick response, Help me solve a problem. Perfect

I want to mention the outstanding customer service I received from the ColorMag team. I had a question about the theme and a few styling issues and received a helpful and prompt response from the support team.

I'm on the free version of the Spacious theme and recommend it to everyone. I've been a user since 2014 and now use this theme on 3 of my websites.

It's easy to set up for a non-techie website owner and the support both at their website and on Wordpress support page is amazing. Highly recommended.

Premium support is speedy.

They help me with my struggles on additional CSS in steady fashion.

We've been using ThemeGrill's Zakra theme for over 5 years. It's exceptionally robust with great features and even better customer service. Highly recommend.
