Asked for support and really helpful. Have used them for a number of years. Worth the lifetime subscriptions I took out years ago. Response time excellent too.

Une réactivité performante, des solutions immédiates et un plugin qui tient ses promesses.

Tolle Themes. Super Support. Hilfe in wenigen Stunden. Immer wieder gerne.

I have a lifetime plan, and I'm satisfied with the support service, which I usually contact when I have issues with theme updates. They always respond and resolve the issues.

Samir and Uzwal quickly understood and addressed our issue with article comments not displaying properly with the Spacious theme. They worked with me to identify the cause and provide a solution that works.
I appreciated their persistence and efficiency—it’s not something you see every day.

Been using the Zakra theme for a couple of years now and cannot recommend their support enough, fast response times and always great technical knowledge!

I have been using ThemeGrill themes for several projects and have always been impressed by their quality. The themes are well designed, easy to customize, reliable, and offer excellent performance.

What really stands out, however, is the support team. I recently encountered a specific issue with the mobile menu swipe functionality, and the support staff responded quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. They provided a custom patch, worked with me until the issue was fully resolved, and ensured everything functioned exactly as expected.

It's rare to find such responsive and dedicated customer support these days. If you're looking for high-quality WordPress themes backed by a team that genuinely cares about its customers, I can highly recommend ThemeGrill.

Thank you for the excellent products and outstanding support!

The Zakra themes offered by ThemeGrill are exceptional. Even with the free package, I was able to deploy a full functioning website for my client - thanks to the timely and exceptional support from Samir who made my experience with the CMS zakra theme easy for me. I even took it to advance level my implementing Zakra child theme - this is wonderful.

ColorMag is a great theme. The customer service replied very quickly and solved my issues. Samir, thank you very much for your help. You make my day. You did a great job and I'm grateful for that.
