Samir and his developer team acted fast when they were contacted. We had an issue with updating the theme to the latest version. We could not update without breaking the site. The developers quickly found the underlying error on our site.

Just perfect. A bit long to get feedback. Except this gap. The solution works.

FIVE STARS

Resurrected this WordPress template package after at least ten years - my subscription still honored by themegrill and support provided promptly and without hesitation.

I've seen companies expire before the term of the licenses they provide.

Thanks for the continued support, development & customer service.

I have been looking for such a good theme on Wordpress for a long time. The support is also very good. I had a problem with the conversion to PHP 8 and although this was not due to the theme, the support helped me. The 5 stars are more than deserved.

Samir was extremely helpful and supportive. Always there for my issues, day and night it seemed. I've been using the theme accelerate pro for years and I still like it very much: A clear and timeless design.
