I have followed this brand for some time now and I’ve also purchased the glass food containers and these are excellent quality.
I would recommend this brand.
The cook books are amazing and easy to follow.

I’ve been following TMPK via social media for a good few years. I have purchased all his meal prep books and containers which I highly recommend!. I find John puts a lot of work into motivating himself and his followers. For me personally his books and his instagram posts have been keeping me on track for years.

I have followed John on Instagram for about 7 years & love his straight talking no nonsense approach to life in general, not just weight loss. I for one have never taken any 'offense' to anything hes said, the only people who do (and those writing negative reviews no doubt) in my opinion, are those who have some deep insecurities of themselves & dont like to hear straight facts. Simple.
I have never bought any of his containers as yet, simply because I've never organised myself enough to do food prep so cant comment on that, however I have every faith they are top quality. I genuinely cant see John accepting anything less if I'm honest.
He also has plenty of free material to use to get you started (I have saved a few meal ideas myself) & daily motivational talks through his stories.
Bottom line, straight talking guy with a good sense of humour who likes to help people reach their goals & keeps it real in the process. Simple as - no bulls**t! 😊

TMPK has helped me so much with meal planning, prepping, and motivation to keep trying. Meal Prep Sunday videos are my favorite. John has even taken the time to answer me personally in messaging with questions I’ve had.

John is so clever with the meals he comes up with, not only are they delicious, they keep really well in the fridge. His version of the meal prep concept is truly life changing.

TMPK has made my cooking life so much easier. I’d definitely recommend getting one 👍

I found John (the meal prep king) on my sobriety journey and found him to be genuine and honest about his experience. It has been nice to have someone to talk to about recovery. It's been a pleasure to see you grow and overcome obstacles others have tried to bring you down. This fuels you on and I am very happy to see you moving onwards and upwards. Its the only way. John is honest, knows what he’s talking about having been through it himself and is a great person to support with both improving and enhancing your health but I also believe what he shares is life changing. He is so open about what he’s been through himself and always listened when I’ve struggled!

Dedicated and inspires people by sharing his own weightloss/ health upgrade journey. He gives good and easy options/ recipes for weightloss

Have bought and been using the books for a long time and whilst my goal is to no longer lose weight (having successfully done so over a period of two years) and I don't meal prep most of my meals except for breakfast, I do still use the recipes but tweak them as I'm now looking to gain lean muscle mass. Stop making excuses and make some changes!

I have purchased all the meal prep books and the meal prep containers, the books are great and have some brilliant recipes in and can be done on a budget. The glass containers are the best I have ever had wash great and still look brand new! Dont hesitate to purchase.

The products are great the freezer pouch top is great invention.

All the books purchased and we continue to keep so them not tried the plan yet but one day I will

I initially followed John Clark and purchased his books with genuine interest in his work. Over time, however, I chose to disengage. I found his interactions with followers — including a direct exchange with me — to be unnecessarily dismissive and, at times, openly rude when presented with differing viewpoints.

Additionally, his repeated remarks about “haters paying for his car and house” struck me as unprofessional and undermined the credibility of his platform. While his content may appeal to some, the tone and manner of engagement were not aligned with what I expect from a public figure or author.

More broadly, I believe social media platforms should consider how their algorithms amplify this style of behaviour, as it can discourage constructive discussion and reward hostility over meaningful engagement.
