Told me I would be getting a refund in 7-10 working days due to not receiving my tickets as an issue that had arisen but still nothing and now they are ignoring my emails. Complete scam

1000% avoid i luckily was refund by the bank however they also told me this site was not safe and more then likely scammers. I used live tickets or fanpass little slow with them getting in touch but we did the newcastle v aston villa as sad as it was .... 😶‍🌫️

Booked tickets to then be told they had a technical issues on the day,then to be told I’d get 150% refund and 4 free tickets…..surprise surprise nothing this is one big SCAM stay away

It’s a scam, they didn’t provide the tickets and kept the money despite promising to reimburse. Awful

This company is a complete fraud, I ordered chelsea westham tickets. No received no response to my many emails and a broken hearted teenager with no tickets. Shame on this company so so angry!

Big big scammer of UK.. Everivent is a complete scam. I purchased two tickets for a game, but never received valid access and never got to see the match. Customer support was either unresponsive or useless, and no proper solution or refund was offered.

This was a huge waste of time and money, and extremely disappointing. I trusted this platform to deliver legitimate tickets, but they completely failed. I would strongly warn others to avoid Everivent and use a more reliable and reputable ticket provider instead.

Very poor service, zero accountability, and an awful overall experience.

Purchased tickets when their reviews were only positive so none of these negative reviews were here unfortunately. I decided to take a gamble by buying it on a credit card, saving their T&Cs on ChatGPT and having a trail so it wouldn't be difficult to get my money back if I needed to provide evidence for a refund. I have submitted a claim to get my money back.

They haven't returned ANY of my emails. The tickets did NOT come as I purchased it for the Arsenal vs Manchester United game. They were meant to come around the 20th to the 24th (latest).

My advice is to steer clear of these 3rd party sites selling football tickets, and if you must... please purchase using a credit card, save their T&Cs and keep an audit trail to cover your back.

It’s a SCAM website. Bought Arsenal tickets and the tickets never arrived. E-mailed them continuously and nothing back. DONT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Absolute scam. Bought tickets for Arsenal Vs Manchester United as a Christmas present. No tickets, no response from the company.
I've seen they have taken their website and Instagram pages down too.

Their address is on company house website for anyone who wants to find them.

Scam, fake review got me lucky used credit card so money was refunded

Avoid at all costs. Complete Scam. Booked Chelsea Arsenal tickets, didn’t receive confirmation email but kept screenshot with booking number - emailed them 6 days 2 days and 1 day before game, and no response to any emails. No phone number available. Looking to get refund through bank.

Purchased 3 x Arsenal tickets for Xmas presents. Then saw bad reviews. Contacted 'Lucy' - no response. Gut told me to act quickly and my bank were brilliant and money back in my account within 3 days. Looks like website has now been closed down. Good riddance!
