Absolutely brilliant service! Was abit weary of my order after looking at the reviews but my order arrived today after 3days ago of placing it! Really impressed will defiantly be ordering again. Thankyou so much!

Cr@p!!!! .. dreadful experience, really poor communication and cancelled my order after a week with absolutely no explanation why. Avoid these jokers at all cost

Brought 2 items from them, both were perfect! However had to return one item as the box it came in was damaged, and was hard getting hold of them to organise a return.
However they responded very amazingly and apologised for the damaged box and offered a discount on my next item as well as the refund.

I would've given a 3 star rating purely on the basis that the communication was not clear and I felt mislead with regards to when my order would despatched. However, despite me being disappointed that my oder never arrived when I thought that it would I accepted that this was not intentional on theil sellers part. Dan did deliver on ensuring that my order was uograded for me to receive it on a Saturday and after checking with a number of sources in West end I can confirm that the Amiri Runners purchased are 100% authentic. Im very happy with my purchase (albeit slighly more expensive than ither retailers) and would be happy to buy again from this store. I read alot of reviews where people do call out bad services and products but I have to say despite the initial communication issue The Luxurious Shop have reassured me enough to know that my money was well spent and I am encouraged to use them again. Because of the way Dan reeolved the issue and my happiness with the product Im rating this experience at 5 stars

Always order from here and normally is good service they’ve emailed to say my items out of stock to which I’ve sent 3 emails asking to just have a refund and still no response

Absolutely unreal brand / personal shopping service. There was a slight issue with stock from my original order, the guys got in contact with me straight away and offered me alternative products, discounts or refund. I chose to go with a different size in the same item. Once it arrived it was unfortunately too big, they sorted out my return free of charge and within a few days sourced my original item anyway. There customer service is second to none, the best designer company I have ever dealt with and will 100% be ordering from here first before anywhere else in the future ! Amazing !
