I bought a new a pair of leggings for my wife on pre order, we have got a lot of items from Tikiboo and also we have still got a load of points to use but now they have been lost. Now months later no clothes, no replies to emails but have taken my money. They must have known they are closing down when they took our order and money.

I bought a new two piece on pre order as I have loads of their sets however two months later no clothes, no replies to emails but have taken my money!

We bought my daughter a pair of leggings which she really liked, so ordered the same pair for her again (style and size), to wear while the othe was in the wash. The new pair were too small for her, which was odd as they were the same size and style. We had assumed the wrong tag had been put on, but it turns out the sizes had been reduced. The official line was they wanted to get closer to the size of the child (saying they were too big for the ages before), but this also meant that our 10 year old daughter had to now buy adult sizes to be able to fit in, which were about double the price. Spoke to a few of our friends and they said the same thing, basically putting a tax on childs clothes.

I ordered leggings in March, when i got them, the lower leg looked looked like it had been burned with an iron. I tried to complain and I’ve not heard anything. I have emailed 3 times and no joy. I spent £40 on these leggings 😡

I've bought many items from Tikiboo but have noticed recently that the sizing is erratic. There appears to be little difference between sizes which I suspect is due to cost cutting.

However the final straw for me, was their poor customer service. I ordered 3 pairs of leggings; one pair was one pre order. After one month, I contacted them to see where my order was, their response was, we're a small family business and can't afford to send out multiple parcels and are waiting for the pre order leggings to come in stock. After I said I wanted to raise a formal complaint, they said they'd send out the in stock items now, as a gesture of goodwill.
What a load of rubbish, they'd had my money for weeks without providing the goods.

Their returns policy is also needlessly complicated. They seem to put the customer last. They need to rethink their customer service

Used to love their products but all their new stuff is no longer in the bigger sizes XXL. They used to be diverse with sizing. Shame I can no longer order.

Love their products, great designs & colours, always a bargain to be found on the outlet, quick delivery, would recommend

Shopped with Tikiboo for years, have quite a collection now. Long lasting and hard-wearing squat proof fabric, great vibrant designs and even better now more pockets are available. Customer service is great, friendly, helpful and reliable - on the one occasion my order was missing they replaced with no qualms. Brilliant reward scheme to change points for discounts or vouchers. Just wish I could work for them and get paid to wear more kit or take their kit to races and events! :)

Great leggings but M never in stock! I've asked for loads of 'notify me' over the years and never had one back . I've worn these leggings for years but going to find a new brand, with stock.

The waist band is terrible. They used to have a high rise drawstring waist that sat lovely which was perfect however they changed to an elastic one with also an elastic drawstring type tie loop. Try to remember how to tie that mid run! Also if you put a toggle on it will irritate. I run as my main exercise, the bottoms no matter which, I.e. capris, shorts, leggings they settle tight on my waist cutting in. I could never run long distance in these nor do weights due to them digging in which is unflattering. Size up and the ride up your crotch. Stick to the professional brands!

When something fits, the brand is great. However, I've never managed to find a top or sports bra that fits me at 6 foot tall.

I've ordered numerous leggings in medium over the years and they've come up different lengths. When I've questioned it, I get told they're identical, and no changes have been made. Even with photos.

Returns - its easier just to sell them on Ebay. Their customer service is terrible and they expect you to pay for postage.

Tikiboo have a fantastic range of designs & I especially love their use of UV reactive colours. However, their drawstring elastic waist design on their activewear is simply awful, they either fall down or you cut your circulation off trying to keep the elastic tight enough to hold them up. So much so that any purchase I make, I now immediately replace this & stitch in a thick wide elastic waistband. Not really something you want to be doing with new items. It's also worth noting that their sizing is off - getting leggings, I'd definitely recommend sizing up - getting capris, size up again from the leggings - getting shorts, size up again from the capris!

I absolutely love Tikiboo sports wear, I have lots of the bottoms, can't always get the matching sports tops, as sold out. I get so many compliments every time I wear my outfits.
Love the high waiste, and the long length bottoms where I'm 5,10. Normally it's posted quiet quick to.
Would be nice if you started making longer bra/ tops for us older lady's, that match

Really love Tikiboo fitness clothing, I was tempted by my fitness class instructor as she uses UV lighting for her classes and I saw others glowing like glow worms! I have 4 pairs of the leggings now and recently purchased my first sports bra, I also have a hoodie. Sizing comes up slightly small but as with most fitness clothing companies, I size up. I have washed most of the leggings many times and the colours are still vibrant and they are like new. As I have lost weight I have pulled them in with the adjustable elastic at the front which has saved me constantly down sizing. They are also NOT see through which is a massive thing for me as I get paranoid of this.

Nice designs but awful customer service. I ordered a top with a misleading description and when I pointed it out it was expected that I should be psychic and know the details even though the were not specified! They then short changed me over the return costs and would only cover an amount which it would be impossible to send the item back for. It seems they'd rather lose a customer over £1 than do the right thing. I won't be buying anything from them ever again.

My experience is mostly positive. Their leggings are comfy, well-made, and designs are attractive. Bras are very supportive although not my fave design. I've not had any troubles with sizing or shipping since I started buying in 2022.

There was only 1 product that failed me, and it was a tank top. I ordered 2 colors in the same sizing and one of them, the pits were much wider than the other, rendering it totally unwearable. It's like a B cup in a G cup top. I chatted with customer service but was told it was within the margin of difference. No way. It's still being sold.

I've been a loyal customer with Tikiboo for many years. They sent me the wrong size top. Their mistake not mine. I posted it back to them and they refunded me for the top but not the postage costs. After complaining to customer services several times they eventually agreed to refund the delivery postage cost as a "gesture of goodwill". It was nothing of the sort! I was entitled to the refund as it was their mistake. They have refused to refund the return postage costs that I paid, so I'm still out of pocket for their mistake! They don't care that for the sake of quibbling over a couple of quid they have lost a loyal customer that spends hundreds of pounds with them every year. Shame on them

I’ve ordered from Tikiboo quite a few times.
Leggings, shorts, tops and a hoodie in general have been good.
However, as soon as you receive a faulty item, this company are not helpful at all.
I ordered a performance strap top in cerise.
It was lovely and fitted well, so I ordered two more, one in blue and one in green.
The front of the green one, was a lot larger than the back and a completely different size than the cerise and blue tops.
When I contacted Tikiboo by completing their returns form, I received no response.
When I emailed them twice, I received no response.
When I completed their contact us form, I received no response.
I eventually got to talk to a nice person on the “chat” option on their web site, who sorted me out a RMA.
I paid to return the faulty Green top, on the understanding that I would receive a refund on my postage, once they’d received the top.
However, they are now saying the top isn’t faulty, as the size difference is within their 1 inch tolerance range.
Disappointed with their lack of empathy, customer service and general honesty is an understatement.

Never buy from this company. They have zero customer service. I ordered a vest top for my daughter’s birthday and she already had the design. They wouldn’t change it for a different design! I had spent hundreds at Christmas but the one item i wanted to exchange they wouldn’t budge on. Just kept quoting their Returns policy.

Great quality and designs. Bought a number of childrens leggings for my daughter and she regularly gets shouts of "love your leggings" when running Parkrun. Webchat customer service is friendly and helpful. Had an issue recently with a delayed delivery (usual service on Yodel) and they offered to send out replacement order with Royal Mail if they hadn't turned up within a couple of days. (They did turn up anyway though). I'm just hoping that they decide to expand the kids range into shorts too as wearing full length leggings could get a bit hot in the summer months.
