I am always last minute with my holiday bookings but Kelly managed to find me exactly what I wanted and got everything done for me. As a mum of young children she understood what I was looking for and went above and beyond to ensure my holiday was tailored to my needs. I wouldn’t book with anyone else.
Kelly has made planning a holiday completely effortless. I simply shared my budget and a brief outline of what I was looking for, and she instantly knew the perfect options to suggest. Her knowledge is exceptional, and she has been incredibly helpful every step of the way.
Couldn’t recommend Kelly and theluxeco more, excellent from start to finish. Kelly takes the time to listen to what you really want and ensures that every detail is covered. She has a brilliant knowledge of the available tour/travel companies and can pivot quickly to tailor to your needs. As a mother herself, she is also super understanding to the particular needs of travelling with young families. I spent months researching holidays- I should have gone to Kelly sooner; would have saved me hours!
Kelly was amazing from start to finish! She was so quick to send over incredible options and made booking seamless, finding us a fabulous deal. Everything felt super personalised and she went above and beyond - can’t recommend enough!
Kelly could not do more for you- nothing is too much hassle (and trust me I change my mind quite a bit when trying to work out what holiday would work for us as a family!). She is responsive, comes up with some fab options and always gets us the best price. We've now booked numerous holidays with her, eveything from family trips to couples trips and she always comes up trumps. I've recommended her to as many of my friends as I can! We'll always use Kelly as long as she is in the industry!
I have used the Luxeco many times now and I highly recommend. Kelly responds quickly and has all my families details saved so she can send me a few options and get my holidays booked quickly, and I avoid the ‘holiday search overwhelm!’ She will always try to price match and her flexible payment plans are another bonus! All our holidays are protected too. Kelly’s always on hand with any queries and is super efficient :-) perfect for anyone who is super busy and wants to save time and for someone to take control of their bookings.
Cannot recommend The Luxe Co. enough! From start to finish the service was amazing. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted & it ended up being even better than we imagined 🌃
