Firstly they sent the wrong shop size, that took forever to resolve, then the asked what size I wanted I said 9.5 from their chart only to be told they don't do half sizes.
Thise was an order for the Barton shoes, when my replacement size nine came they stink of plastic, feel very flimsy and nothing like the photo on their website.
Avoid this company. Absolute rubbish, mine are going in the bin or perhaps the charity shop

If I could give them 0 stars I would Dreadful experience
When I asked for a refund all I got was repeated offers of discount on the (cheap looking) trousers that didn't fit
This went on for 3 weeks
Eventually after me putting the pressure on they agreed to refund me but I had to return them to China at a ridiculous price
I would say to avoid buying from them

They have great photos on the website to lure you in. Unfortunately the product itself looked awful and cheap. I bought a pair of sandles took one look and knee I was unlikely to wear them. So went to return them but they suggested instead of returning the product I could order something else for the same value. I thought that was quite generous so I ordered what was advertised as a linen shirt that looked good on the website. When it came it didn't look or feel like linen and had a strange shiny appearance. It's going straight to the charity shop. AVOID THIS COMPANY as you're just wasting your money on cheap tat.

Once again ordering from the google feed,saturated with adverts! I emailed a cancelation request within 10 minutes of ordering. Receiving no response,or tracking and delivery advice. A week later they advised dispatch. Opening a dispute with the company we waited for a response.After 3 weeks paypal regunded my money.A week later they arrived,shoddy cheap rubber soles!? No cushion insole,tacky logo on the side,side zips difficult to open. £54.00, Absolute rip off, I would not wear them even if they were free. Avoid this company and other products.

Please avoid avoid avoid ! They sell items doesn’t look any like what they sell on the website and very very poor customer service I can’t even get my money back , I will have to contact my bank about it

I couldn’t even give a zero star. Ordered ages ago still no show of my order emailed still no response. This company is bag of spam do not even give £1.

I ordered a jacket for my boyfriend when it came it was too small so I got back to Ponty to try and exchange the jacket for a bigger size and they said they were very sorry they said I could keep that jacket and they would send me a bigger one for free !!

Well I can't fault them, they were lovely on the emails they kept me informed. The jacket itself is gorgeous it's been keeping him warm and dry and it's a fleece material so it's great for working in, I gave the other jacket to his work mate and he was just as pleased. So well done Ponty and thank you very much 😊

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They will rip you off, wrong sizes, poor quality, high prices. You have been warned!

Have changed their name be wary. Elegantly is one of their new names. Extremely poor quality, over priced and really disappointed. No one has given a positive review. That should speak volumes. Don't get ripped off like me and countless others.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! As their products are rubbish material used is very poor! I had ordered a set of trainers for a gift - they arrived 3 weeks late and faulty! This was in october ! I have since been chasing for a returns slip and a full refund as stated on their website when items are faulty they provide return slip and refund! They have tried to convince me to keep the products and 50% discount! Really frustrating as they do not understand the answer No!! Their emails are delayed and vague and despite sending evidence they keep sending emails requesting and delaying matters! I’ve notified credit card company and left it to them to get my refund ! Do not use a debit card as it is very difficult and expensive to obtain refund !

Shoes ordered do not fit asked for address to return not given. Then offered a voucher to same value of shoes still not supplied. They are now replying to numerous emails. £50 wasted. Do not use this website it's a scam

This is the response when asking for a refund initially offered £70 worth of their products but when I stated I wanted a full refund. Don't use this company.

Actually if I could put o I would ! This company advertises stuff that they don’t have! I ordered a shirt off of Facebook it was really cute what I got is worse mess I ever saw I would not wear it to the garbage dump! Don’t waste your money with them! They should not be allowed to sell this mess on line!

*** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ****The jumper I ordered looks nothing like the picture advertised. The jumper is awful quality, terrible material , awful colour. The neck is far too long, the body too short. It looks disgusting !
I'm still in the process of trying to send the item back for a refund. They have tried several times to persuade me not to send it back by offering me a replacement without returning the original item, they then offered a credit note for the full amount plus 50% , I said NO. Todays email I have requested their return label.

Unable to give zero stars which is all they deserve. The £49.99 jacket eventually arrived and it was nothing like the advertised product. Extremely poor quality and the colour not even close.
I'm still in the process of trying to send it back for a refund. They have tried and tried to persuade me not to send it back by offering me a replacement without returning the original item (why they think I would want 2 rubbish items is beyond me) then offered 50% refund if I kept it and now they are saying I need to send it back to Brazil and give them the tracking details. I've stated their returns policy in my latest email and have requested their return label. Let's see what stalling attempts come next from them. Worst company I've had the misfortune to deal with. Steer well clear!!

This company could improve by actually offering a full refund for goods received which are totally useless.Instead, they try every conceivable way to avoid their advertised commitment of customer satisfaction.They are the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with.I award them 0 stars!
