First time buying from this company. Great price. Seamless - from ordering to delivery. Up to date emails from ordering, to despatched and when would be delivered. Ordered late Monday night and arrived Thursday on a standard service (delivered by Royal mail)

Stay away from this website! They have no commitment to deliveries or customers. I haven’t received my products, and they don’t even bother to respond or give me an update.

Have paid c£60 for products which haven’t arrived. Emailed but no response received. As per other reviews, buy elsewhere

Ordered olaplex 8, which I have been ordering for years from elsewhere. Terrible product, sticky and cakey and worst conditioner ever used. On contacting Olaplex was told by Olaplex that LTL are not authorized providers of the product despite it being on their website they are and also an email confirmation. Best not to buy products from them.

I recommend this website, my order came fast and well packed, aslo have a nice gift, the prices are under in comparison with the most of shops.

I purchased Pureology hydrate 1000ml shampoo & conditioner bundle at such a great price. Slight delay with delivery but when I contacted customer service they responded straight away and advised it was down to orders from Christmas period. I’m not sure why there are negative reviews on here as items were received within 7 days and customer service were really helpful. I recommend and will buy from here again

I have been waiting for my product for 2 weeks now. Very difficult to get a response. No telephone number to contact. I wish I checked the reviews. I asked them for a refund, let's see if I get my money back and when. I will update the review

So confused by the bad reviews, I have ordered Redken products from this company multiple times now, and each time I received a fast and efficient service, and positive customer service experience, hence the second review, it’s not a one off.

About delays, very hard to contact and waited weeks now. Emailed today to ask for order to be sent or a refund. 🙄definately order elsewhere the discounts aren’t worth not receiving something.

I have been waiting weeks, I was told my order was on way, and would be fast tracked for my daughter s birthday.
I sent over £90 on a bundle, emails have disappeared and the company aren’t responding when I try and follow up! How come this company is trading with so many complaints!! Can someone from this company get back to me please?!!! To be fair my parcel arrived today, Royal Mail apparently couldn’t find the right address, I ll wait for my daughter to open the parcel to see if it complete.

Ordered 1x1000 redken shampoo and 1x1000redken conditioner, costing £60+. Recieved an email saying they had recieved order and would update me when it had been dispatched, waited a good few days without hearing anything so got in touch to ask if this order was on its way....lo and behold, yeah it had been sent that day. When I recieved the order I opened up the box and only the shampoo was there, again emailed them and asked if the conditioner was on the way, was told that both items should have been in the package, i was asked to send photos of my parcel and content, which I did. A week later I've emailed again asking if conditioner is on its way only to be told that they have sent the images I have sent them to the warehouse and are waiting to hear back from them, but that they'll "chase" them up, and let me know what the outcome is ????Meanwhile I'm sitting minus £30+ until they investigate this, which could take weeks/months if ever at all. Basically the very 1st time I emailed them to ask if it had been dispatched they obviously hurriedly got my package together, told me it had been dispatched that day and through their haste have only sent half the order.

I’ve used you a couple of times and been really pleased with the products , prices and offers . I will certainly be taking you again and have recommended you to a friend .

I bought travel size products and the minute I received them I put them in my luggage as I was travelling next day.
Th products opened in my luggage and my clothes were all wet and greasy.
The eshop not only did not apologise and refunded they encouraged me to communicate with the brand customer service. Eshops are responsible for the quality of the products they sell. Unacceptable. AVOID.

Ordered Redken 1000ml shampoo and conditioner. Took my payment and then when it didn't arrive I was told they were out of stock. 10 days later, no products, no updates. Am going to ask for a refund but not expecting to have much luck!

Ordered £60 worth of items and had to chase up to find out of stock. Fobbed off with new date for stock arriving- then gone quiet.

Now chasing a refund and comms have gone quiet. Will report to Trading Standards if not heard back by tomorrow.

Placed a redken 1000ml duo set duo Thursday .it promptly arrived today ( Monday) super fast delivery and superbly packaged , not sure where negative reveiws have come from but my experience was first class. My new supplier from now on , keep up the good work and thank you . Amazing service .

Good prices but bad updates following purchase, considering I purchased on the 22nd of August and received shipping notification on the 30th of August - there was a point in between I thought I had maybe purchased on a scam website and was never going to receive the goods. A holding email a few days after purchase to advise they were working on the order would have been well received.

Do not order from this company. It is fraudulent.

They took payment for my goods, totalling close to £100. They failed to send the goods, when I contacted them to query where my goods were they stated they had sold out.

LTL were unable to advise an expected timeframe for when my goods would be received, or why they accepted payment for goods they didn't have in stock. As such I requested a refund, they were unable to advise when this would be processed and despite countless requests have failed to provide confirmation of refund.

This is not a legitimate company. Whilst the products are marketed at what appears to be a good price this is purely a marketing ploy to lure customers in, LTL don't have the goods to sell.

There are countless negative reviews about this company so I have reported the matter to Trading Standards.

Avoid at all costs.
