You will find the red telephone box, Big Ben, the London bus, the Coldstream Guard, the St Edward's Crown and the Gold State Coach, alongside new and limited-edition designs each season. You can also find our ornaments at some of the UK's best-loved stores and museums, including Harrods, Selfridges. And have bespoke ornaments at The British Museum and Natural History Museum. Similar story. Ordered an item, took payment. Have had no response to any emails and not got a clue if or when item will arrive. There are other vendors available!!

Gorgeous ornaments and a company that takes customer service service seriously
The London Christmas Company had some internal issues which resulted in my order not being completed as expected. There were a few miscommunication but they recently had the balance of my order delivered.
I can't express how incredibly beautiful their items are, the pictures on their website truly can't do them justice.
I can't recommend the quality of their items and the care exhibited by their team strongly enough!
