The London Christmas Company makes heirloom Christmas ornaments for collectors, families and gift-givers. Based out of London we ship to customers across the UK and the US. We believe an ornament is for life, not just for Christmas. Each piece is made to be enjoyed on a tree, a shelf or a desk, long after the decorations come down. Today's gift, tomorrow's heirloom. Our collections celebrate London and the stories we love. You will find the red telephone box, Big Ben, the London bus, the Coldstream Guard, the St Edward's Crown and the Gold State Coach, alongside new and limited-edition designs each season. You can also find our ornaments at some of the UK's best-loved stores and museums, including Harrods, Selfridges. And have bespoke ornaments at The British Museum and Natural History Museum. We also offer: - Bespoke ornaments for brands, museums, venues and special occasions - Corporate gifts for clients and teams - Retail and wholesale for shops and galleries - Gift cards for when you can't choose just one We are a small team, and we read every review. If something is not right with your order, please tell us and we will put it right. If you love your ornament, we would be so grateful if you shared why. Your words help other people find a gift that will be treasured for years. Thank you for making us part of your Christmas tradition.

BE VERY WARY ORDERING FROM HERE
BE VERY WARY ORDERING FROM HERE! Not sure what’s gone wrong here, bur I ordered an item on 10 October 2026 and payment was taken. Since then, I have heard nothing, despite sending two emails asking for a status update and separately trying to contact through the website. Customer service is non-existent and they appear to have taken my money with zero intention of shipping my order.

Hard to give you any positive feedback since still after almost 2 weeks. I haven’t received the product. When I would check my tracking status, it showed the product sat with you for over a week before it even began to ship.

Gorgeous ornaments!!
My mother in law adored the ornaments. The designs are really lovely and the quality is really there. Honestly my only complaint is that I wanted to buy more but there's only so much to choose from at the moment. Please expand the range, I'd love to see more designs!
