As a single, self employed parent I had gotten myself into financial difficulties and was suffering from major stress and worry. After my current high street bank lender refused to extend my current mortgage I was at a loss at what to do and was feeling hopeless but a friend recommended The Loan Partnership and Second Charge mortgages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was after a loan on my buy to let property and a surveyor that was instructed was from a completely different county when they told me it would be a local surveyor with local knowledge. I wasted £390 on being mis lead to the above from Devon and her team. Not happy as you would expect a company like this to do their diligence instead of trying to fob me off. Not impressed.
