Having exchanged some communication with Little Botanical, I can see that my experience was an exception due to a combination of things. They take customer feedback seriously and pride themselves on service, as demonstrated by a proper, considered response to my issues by an actual person. A business that addresses a customer's concerns and uses feedback to improve, has my support.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Based upon customer service response times and very slow dispatch time, I'm giving this business 2 stars. I placed a condolence order on 29th December. Initial request for delivery update advised a 2nd January dispatch. Subsequent emails on 5th January requesting and update and 7th January requesting a refund were not answered. Today, 8th January, I get an email advising delivery will be made today. So either a hurried "we'd better get this order out now" OR the tropical indoor plant I ordered has been sitting in a freezing sorting warehouse at DPD.

None of these options is acceptable, and neither is ths lack of response to my enquiries for updates.

Arrived beautifully packed and the plant was lovely and healthy, would definitely recommend and will certainly order from this company again. Fantastic.

Beautiful Areca palm delivered today, both plant and pot were very well packaged so there was zero damage. The palm looks gorgeous!

Updated- was offered replacement for
one of the plants.

Disappointed with product quality recently, bought a plant bundle and 2 plants - succulent and dracaena completely died. They were treated exactly same way as other plants which seem fine. Customer service didn't offer any help or replacement of plants. Quite Disappointed that there's no real service therefore won't be ordering again.

My partner bought me a gift certificate for Christmas and I ordered myself 3 plants as soon as I opened it.
I wasn't expecting them to arrive so soon due to it being Christmas and New Year but they were delivered this afternoon!
They were packaged really securely and arrived in perfect condition. The pots are amazing quality and the plants are beautiful!
I am worried that this might be the start of an addiction....
I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for another gift voucher for my birthday 🤞🏻

I am truly delighted with the terrarium that I purchased for my granddaughter's Christmas gift. It's really beautiful and arrived so well packed, it was clear that a lot of trouble was taken to make sure it would arrive safely. Delivery was very prompt and the price was very reasonable too, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Little Botanical, sincere thanks to all concerned.

Delivered as promised within 2-3 working days which given the time of year and Christmas peak I was a bit fearful whether this would be true but it was and my plants arrived in perfect condition having been lovingly packaged. I would definitely look to purchase from here again and support this family business

I ordered the double heart cactus with a custom plant pot, it came really quickly and was packaged perfectly. I think it was a really good price for what you get. I’m really happy with it and it was an amazing present.

The Little Botanical is a company every plant lover should know about! The quality of the plants are amazing and I couldn’t be more delighted as it was a gift for a loved one.

I ordered the Jungle Orchid plant in purple which came with a beautiful pot which made it even more personal. The plant itself is stunning and certainly not something I feel I couldve found in a normal plant or garden centre.

The packaging was just right and made sure the plant got to its destination safely and thriving. I would 100% order from here again and will even be ordering some bits for myself in the future.

There was a slight blip with next day delivery (through fault of DPD, not TLB) and this was quickly looked into when I called the next working day and sorted there and then. The customer service was friendly, helpful and were lovely to speak to.

My friend is absolutely delighted with her Blue Star Fern birthday gift. She sent me a photo and the plant itself is beautiful and healthy-looking.
