If I could give a zero I would. This company sells total trash. Don't waste your money. The light I received was extremely poor quality. I spent £169 on a light. They refused to give me my money back, after further discussion they said I would have to pay pay postage to return the item and 10% restock fee as they had to store it again. They obviously realise their goods are trash as they apparently say on the website won't refund for poor quality, so they are aware their goods are trash bust still sell them. AVOID THIS COMPANY AS WOULD THE PLAGUE. TRASH COMPANY SELLING TRASH PRODUCTS

This company do not want to provide a returns address unless you send photo of goods received.
I now have an address but they charge 10% restocking charge which is taken from your refund.

Slow delivery from China & very bad quality & no return process going bin it waste of £79:99

Refused to refund faulty light after I contacted them, claiming it was too late. We were unable to fit them as the led driver had been fitted incorrectly in the factor.

Chinese company pretending to be based in UK.
Bought a ceiling light took ages to come from china and is basically a piece of moulded plastic. Serves better as a frisbee than a ceiling centre piece.
Emailed company for return no response.
How this company can trade in the UK is disgraceful.

If you are a UK based purchaser then I would avoid this line the plague. I had no idea this was a Chinese company who have clearly set up a UK address. The product o orders took 4 weeks to arrive and when it did. All I can say it was the cheapest, poorest product I've seen. Plastic rubbish which is not fit for a UK market and definitely not suitable as a bathroom fitting. Lesson learnt as I may have well set fire to my £60. And the returns policy makes it not worth trying. Avoid if you want quality products delivered on time.

Item received was not as advertised.
Paid £50 for what is essentially a cheap piece of plastic. This is described as a bathroom light but it has not come with any certification to prove its eligible for use in a bathroom.
Item came from China and took over 4 weeks to arrive. Company very reluctant to accept a return as I imagine the products come direct from a factory and the company is just a sattelite.

Do not use this company. Cheap and nasty lights.
Customer service will reply to you but they are like robots repeating themselves, pack your light you need to pay for the shipping then we will handle the rest.
These lights do not come fully assembled or with and safety certificates or instructions.
This company needs to be stopped from trading, they are RUBBISH selling cheap products and charging a fortune for them. NO NOT PURCHASE from them.

Lights have failed within a year and they just spout a load of rubbish about returns are only accepted within 30 days. Poor quality, and even worse service!

I was initially a bit unsure after placing my order, especially when I realised it was coming from abroad and after reading some of the reviews. However, I have to say the customer service was excellent—quick to respond and kept me updated throughout the process. Delivery was surprisingly fast, and I received regular updates on the shipment.

When the clock arrived, it was exactly as described. After fitting it, I was really pleased with the quality and overall look. Very happy with my purchase, hence the positive review

Order not been pushed for delivery. No comment from customer services- I really won’t be going anywhere near Lightzey again as a company.
I will be seeking to claim back my money.

Avoid... I should have done my research. I thought I was buying from a UK company but products come straight from China. Emails back and forth to arrange a refund, I paid over 10% to return the items - no full refund provided.

We got some lights. Went to hang them and they do not hang straight. They are designed so badly that they hang at an angle and no matter what you do- you can’t not get them straight.
We emailed them and they gave advise and it didn’t work. emailed them again and said they are not fit for purpose and they refused to refund.
We have just lost a load of money!!!
Stay away from this company!!!

Horrific experience, won’t action a refund despite it being 6 weeks since i placed my order. I am £700 down and nothing to show for it. just keep getting sent round in circles. Avoid this company it’s most likely a SCAM.

Please do not buy from this company. I paid nearly £600 on garden lights. I had them fitted by a professional electrician and 6 week later they tripped the fuse box each time they were turned on. They are not water tight and now they just flash. The customer service is horrendous you can’t call them and when you email them they do not acknowledge your complaint it feels like you dealing with a robot they just respond saying send me a video and photos and then they offer to send you replacement lights. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF

Terrible customer service. Lights couldn’t be fitted as they didn’t come with any fixings. Order stated delivery in 5 working days and I waited 7 weeks. Company refused to accept a return unless I paid a large restocking fee despite the lights being totally unsuitable and not fit for purpose. Trying to deal with customer service was a nightmare and the lights did not match the photo on the website.

Avoid!! I purchased multiple outdoor lights for my home, after less than 6 months they have all rusted and caused damage to my render. I would not recommend or use this company again. They are now avoiding my emails after I have sent pictures/videos that they requested.
