Received the lights I ordered and returned them as they were too big.
These were returned and received by the company on 15th May (proof of delivery) well within the timeline for refund which was the 21st May.
Still waiting for refund. Messages ignored. Say that they have processed it but they haven’t. Read other reviews.
Do not order unless you can guarantee you will not need to return for any reason.

I was cautious before ordering, as I have had a bad experience in the past ordering a light fixture online (from a different company) - however, pre and post ordering, The Lighting Vault were reassuring, professional and really great to deal with. Our fixture arrived very promptly, and was extremely well packaged, but due to having to change the location of the light wiring in the house (we needed to wait for an electrician to do this), we couldn't install right away. A few weeks later, the fixture was installed and it was everything we hoped for - perfect for the space, and the fact it works with a dimer is fantastic - really just what we wanted. However, after installation and we switched it on, we noticed a small hairline crack in one of the glass shades (something you could only really see after it was illuminated). I reached out to TLV and straight away received a reply, and they sent a replacement shade (and spare!) overnight. Absolutely fantastic customer service, we couldn't be happier, the fixture is wonderful quality and I highly recommend The Lighting Vault!

The seller is withholding my refund.

I have now bought the lamps from lampandlight. Cheaper and they arrived in four days.
UPDATE
After more than a month, where this firm withheld a refund and didn't respond to email (there's no phone number!), I opened a case.
My refund only came because I used PayPal.
My advice, if you are buying from the lighting vault, is only pay by a method that gives buyer protection- paypal or credit card. They will not refund you otherwise

Highly recommend this company for lighting. I have ordered on x2 occasions & very impressed with the quality. On both occasions the lights arrived quickly. Unfortunately some of the glass shades arrived damaged in my first order but customer service/communication to get this resolved promptly was excellent!!

Clearly the price is key but quality is also important.
We saved over £250 and was concerned that spending a lot on the Internet was risky. We shouldn't have worried... The lights came within a week, communications kept us in the picture every step of the way.And the quality is perfect.

Why do we only look at the bad reviews.I emailed with my concerns and they replied very fast.
I placed an order Wednesday and received it Saturday.the speed was fantastic, packed well, great price, looks amazing in the room.

Spent £1k on two chandeliers. I explained when I brought them that we wasn’t putting them up immediately as we was decorating. The largest which was £800 had multiple broken glass parts. It’s badly made, the screws are so teeny to hold such a weight. The smallest is made even worse, the light bulbs rest and heat on the glass!! Can’t imagine it will be long before the heat cracks the glass, this one had even more broken glass! The entire bottom row! The light vault said the broken ones broke due to being over tightened? But they arrived packaged and wrapped broken? The lighting vault said I had 5 days to report any problems, but I told them we was decorating and didn’t want to unbox the whole lot and risk getting it all back in before we put it up. Bad bad lights! Awful customer service. Zero telephone number! Can’t buy parts to replace? Stuck with a smaller chandelier which is likely to shatter and explode the glass due to being incorrectly made!
Recently found an amazing lighting shop called Amos Lighting which actually have a telephone number and staff who want to help!
If you looking to spend money with The Lighting Vault, do it on a credit card!!

I have purchased several items from The Lighting Vault recently for my new bungalow. They have all been beautiful and when people have called they have mentioned how lovely they are. Would certainly recommend the LV and its products. In addition, the products have arrived quickly and have been well packaged.

Would give a zero if I could! Ordered a chandelier 3 weeks ago,I had no correspondence, no delivery of the light, nothing! I have tried to contact every way possible. Emails, live chat, social media with zero response. Contacted PayPal for a refund. Shame as i really liked the light, but the company is terrible, avoid at all cost!!

Updated as I finally have a reply via here 3 months later!! It was definitely the same company as I clicked on web link from your reply and it took me to the same website. Still no correspondence via email, phone call etc. if you read correctly it states one chandelier!! And my review is 100% for an order from your company. Luckily refunded through PayPal

I bought a chandelier for my hallway. The fittings provided were incorrect - so when it was fitted the glass crystals did not conceal the light bulbs. I sent 2 emails and called a number listed in yellow pages - which just cuts off. Zero service, Zero after sales service and no contact whatsoever from the company Do not be fooled by the ‘family run business’ narrative. A total con. Do not spend your hard earned cash with these people

Order received on 3rd December, unfortunately smashed up in transit.
Requested a refund, so far I've had a refund on the the postage and been ignored multiple times for a full refund.

Purchased a light for £440 5 days ago but tried to contact the company with no response to emails. No phone number either so not sure how they communicate with their customers. Still waiting...

I cannot fault their customer service in any way. I emailed to say that there were a couple of damaged bulbs on our light and replacements plus spares were sent out and received via next day delivery along with an apology email, all tracking information and merry christmas wishes! We couldn't be happier and will definitely be ordering from TLV again. Thank you, especially to Mel who sorted our issue out for us!

I ordered x2 2200ml diffusers during Black Friday. Unfortunately the delivery company damaged the parcel and sent it back to Lighting Vault, upon querying this with the company I received a really quick response and 2 new ones were sent out. I am so pleased with the items, they are stunning! The only thing to note, if you are querying something through the customer service email is that the response went to my junk email and email address is titled "queries", as it did not explicitly say Lighting Vault it got hidden within the hundreds of junk emails I receive daily.

Bought two Senses reed diffusers as gifts for this Christmas as I have had mine for two years and find them incredible value due to the longevity of the fragrance. Beautiful fragrances and although they may initially look expensive they work out so much cheaper than smaller, cheaper diffusers. Bought another two for myself as Christmas pressies for me.
