After a couple of hiccups Kieran and his team arrived last week to install our sauna. We had ordered the 385 deluxe cube sauna. Took the guys 2 days to complete. Team were very friendly and professional. Did a fantastic job and have used it a few times already. Very well made. Excellent purchase. Thanks Keiron👍

I bought a birthday chocolate fishing gift for my son.Its absolutely stunning so real looking i love the presentation box aswel.
It will be a shame to eat them they look fab.

I was extremely upset that I ordered a gift for my Son Birthday I was even told it was on its way!! Obviously not true. I was later informed that the office was closed!!

I have completely changed my mind about this Company as they got in touch and even sent me a free gift! Which was really good. It was just unfortunate what happened. Thanks.

Item was excellent quality but unfortunately one of the glass flutes arrived with a snapped stem. This was extremely well packaged & beautifully presented. Customer service were brilliant & damaged item was replaced within 2 days.

My wife likes the products I purchase from Keico. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is that the small bundle of items I purchased arrived on different deliveries.

We purchased a sauna, shower and cold plunge. We absolutely love them and feel like we’re having a treat every time we use the sauna. It all looks amazing and the quality is beautiful. Kieron and the team installing worked incredibly hard to get everything finished. Can’t fault anything and the icing on the cake were the gifts Kieron brought round a few days later. We feel happier and healthier and we are so happy we decided to go with KeiCo. Thank you

Items didn't come in time ordered a week before glasses were missing. They did replace them but over all not very happy.

This is the 2nd time I have used Keico, and both times I have been really impressed with the quality of the gift. It feels a lot more personal than the bigger brands that do similar things.

Will have to share out my disappointment today on xmas eve so no one puts last minute orders in hoping for the gifts being delivered and then trying to find alternative presents at 4pm on xmas eve below is the response after I paid for next day delivery and received dispatch notification from keico

I’m really sorry to hear you are missing items from your order. I have looked into your most recent order; the 'Cheese and Beer Hampers’ are despatched directly from our third party partners and have a slightly longer lead time than our in-house Wine hampers.

Unfortunately our cut off for guaranteed Christmas delivery was the 19th December, this is detailed at the top of each product page and also at checkout.

I can confirm I have issued you with a full refund for the 2 x hampers and you will receive email notification of this shortly.
