Excellent service all round. I spoke with the owner prior to placing an order and was able to provide a lot of reassurance and answered all my questions. Even though slightly delayed (but kept up to date throughout) installation was smooth. Highly recommend!

Really liking our new sauna - really good service and quality product.

After a purchase through Amazon go disastrously wrong with a very time sensitive delivery required and absolutely no help from Amazon customer services (no surprise there!) I reached out to Keico directly and spoke with Keira who resolved the matter within 5 minutes of explaining the situation. Zero hassle, item now being sent by overnight courier which even with that additional cost is still cheaper than the so called "prime" free next day delivery. I'd recommend to anyone out there, when dealing with platforms such as Amazon, find out who the 3rd party sellers are and just go direct. It will be cheaper and easier as I have now discovered. Keira, you have truly saved the day for a very special occasion. Thank you, a credit to the company

Our journey from the outset instilled confidence and assurance in not only the products we purchased but in the business as a whole. Communication from Kieron was faultless, fast and detailed giving us the confidence we had made the right choice. Kieron gave us options and advice helping us choose the right sauna and plunge to fit our space. The products are made from the best materials, designed elegantly and made with precision and once fitted look fabulous in our garden.
Faultless throughout, the delivery was on time and the team took time to ensure we had everything and it was all in the right place. The installation team were amazing, overcame challenges with our property and made us feel part of the process. They took time to make sure we were completely happy and explained exactly what they were doing. Seeing them work so professionally was a delight, I can't praise them enough.
We are thrilled with the end result, better than any picture and beyond our expectation. Keiron and the Keico team excelled from day one to completion, an extremely professional company, did exactly what they said they would do and installed a truly beautiful sauna and plunge that we will enjoy for years to come.

So please we choose to purchase our sauna from Keico Living Ltd. Both Keiron and Keira were superb from start to finis. So easy to deal with and so efficient and as for our sauna well it is the best we have ever seen. The 2 guys who fitted went out of their way to make sure everything was correct. After shopping around ALOT for the perfect sauna for us, we bought the ICON 220 with the HUUM Drop 9KW heater from The KeiCo and could not be happier with our choice. The quality is exceptional.

It was 14 weeks from paying the deposit to the installation date and is well worth the wait. The installation team were friendly, professional and tidy. In fact, everyone we dealt with from placing the order with Keira right through to the electricians KeiCo arranged to commission the sauna provided an exemplary service.

My husband mentioned to Keiron at installation that he planned to get the safety railing specifically for the drop heater from HUUM and Keiron managed to get it for him cheaper. He was generous in sharing his time and knowledge.

Truly, if you’re shopping around for a sauna and reading this, stop now, buy from The KeiCo, you won’t regret it!

Mixed experience with this. The gift itself looked amazing and was in a lovely presentation box. No issues there at all. I have to say the delivery was a nightmare. It was for my daughters 21st and I paid for it to be delivered on the Saturday. It didn’t arrive despite someone waiting in all day for it. It was bank holiday so it couldn’t be delivered before the Tuesday. I then arranged for it to be delivered to a different address on the Wednesday, again someone waited in all day - it did not arrive. It finally got delivered on the Friday, a week after the requested date when all birthday celebrations were over. Customer services was good and I did get a partial refund, but be cautious using this company if you have a defined date in mind.

I ordered an ice bath which was delayed. That wasn’t too much of an issue but, when it arrived, the instructions were for a different tub and the connectors supplied were the wrong ones. They couriered me a new set of different connectors but these still are not the correct ones! Very frustrating.
