Another excellent service from iLab. There are lots of different repair services around but I know I can trust these guys! Their knowledge of Apple products is unsurpassed and if they can't help with the problem, they'll be honest and upfront, offering advice and other options. If they notice anything on your phone which could affect the repair, they'll point it out and let you know beforehand and no work is done without your consent. No unexpected charges here, folks! Their fair pricing means you won't be ripped off, £69 for a screen replacement with a premium screen, screen protector and case.....the phone came back to us looking brand new.
I would NOT go anywhere else, I'm truly grateful that we have these absolute wizards in Barnstaple. They're trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable so you can bet your device is in excellent hands.
Oh, and did I mention that the staff are rather nice people too!

Explained all the options, even one that would not have resulted in a sale for them too. Carried out the battery replacement while I waited and went above and beyond what I had expected. While waiting I observed numerous customers, from all walks of life, and they were all treated in a very polite, helpful and professional manner. Great to see a local independent business providing such good service. Well done guys!

My son visited the iLab in Barnstable this morning for a replacement battery for his iPhone 14 Pro.

I cannot overemphasise the dedication and professionalism of the staff. While completing the battery replacement, they went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning the charging port and carefully repositioning a screen that had been replaced by an unqualified third party. What impressed most was that they performed these additional services without any extra charge.

Highly recommended for anyone needing iPhone repairs.

Broken the evening before, handed to ilab the next morning, mended by lunchtime. These guys have the stock and the skills and their customer service is awesome. Great company!

Great customer service. I was in town needing to pay for school shoes for my son but as I went to pay, my battery died. The man in ilab kindly charged it for me so I could I purchase the shoes.

I went to the iLab on Monday as l was having problems with my emails. The person l saw was really lovely and helpful. Dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently and explained in a way l understood. Not the first time they have given me excellent service. Highly recommended
