Bought the SLS Tracker V2

Bought the SLS Tracker V2, Fantastic piece of kit. Had an issue with the tablet, possible that it did an auto update. Andy had a new tablet sent out the next day. Customer service from Andy is Fantastic, I would highly recommend.

No one can beat these One of a Kind ITC devices

I've bought several different devices from here and Andy and the service doesn't disappoint. When I had any questions or concerns he was always helpful and responded promptly. I will say he does everything to make it right if you have any problems. I recently bought the Spirit Bridge Pro. I love it. The only thing is the speaker is smaller so not as loud as the original, but Andy explained it's due to processor. I recommend on devices that have a small speaker to maybe put a connection input for ability to connect external speaker. All in all it's a great addition to any teams arsenal or just to have. The effects are so realistic and I love the fact it has such a huge 27,000 word, phrase and effect to give spirits a lot to work with . No other device on the market has that ability.

I purchased a spirit bridge
Came super fast and I cant wait to use it
Being honest I was a bit disappointed that it didn't come with any instructions on what modes would be best and what the different channels do
Other than that im happy 😊

The Delivery Service was fantastic

The Delivery Service was fantastic. The product made it to me in the States without being damaged. Very much appreciated. I was emailed when they received my order and kept me in touch with the process. We haven't got to use the actual equipment yet but I did place a battery inside and its ready for action on our next scheduled hunt. Thank you from "Geo and Chris" on YT and all other platforms.

Alice Box Tusi Word Bank (English) and…

Alice Box Tusi Word Bank (English) and SLS version 1 were both awful 😞. SLS did not work, system malfunctioned all the time, and ended up putting it in the bin. Alice Box needed fixing, and it was found that it only has like 2k words on it at most. It's a lot of money guys for something that's not that great trust me.

Thank you for your feedback. We take all customer experiences seriously, though we are unable to locate any record of a customer purchasing both an Alice Box Tusi and an SLS Version 1 in our order history. Furthermore, we have checked all our communication channels (email, phone, and social media) and have no record of any contact regarding these issues.
We would like to clarify a few points for anyone reading this:
• Word Bank: The Alice Box Tusi contains a significantly larger vocabulary than 2,000 words; it is designed to be a comprehensive tool for field use.
• Quality Control: Our units undergo rigorous testing and are built to be robust. It is very rare for an SLS system to 'malfunction' to the point of being unusable without us being notified for a warranty claim.
We are surprised that you would choose to discard the equipment rather than utilize your warranty or contact us for a free repair or replacement.
If you are a genuine customer, please contact us at infraready@live.co.uk with your Order Number, Date and Proof of Purchase. We are more than happy to investigate these technical claims and provide the necessary support or repairs for any authentic Infraready product."

I Really Thanks to Andy and so much love that i order this time. Everything I ordered was perfectly Awesome and really really lovely. I will order again n again. It's really helpful My YouTube video and My Hunting investigation.
