Arlo at the iLab went above and beyond to get my phone back in working order. Not the first time he has helped me either (spilt water on my macbook in 2015).
They are your one stop shop for advice, repairs and sales. Highly recommended

These guys helped me out massively while on my holiday stay, iPhone went into recovery mode and couldn’t use it meaning I had no way of paying for anything! The guys got it working in next to no time and were super friendly. Helped me enjoy the rest of my holiday! Thanks you!

My boyfriend took my phone in to get repaired after it kept looping the apple logo and the guys in there were so helpful they ended up fixing my phone that same day and at a cheaper price then quoted! This is the 3rd time I’ve used these guys over the years and iv even taken my mum and friends, they always provide excellent service and are so kind and helpful always recommend

Ilab were absolutely great last week when I took my iPhone in to be repaired. As usual they were friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t even consider taking my iPhone or iPad anywhere else. They are thoroughly trustworthy, friendly and professional. Thank you Arlo for repairing my screen and facial recognition, on my iPhone. I knew it was going to be a difficult job, but I knew you would manage it.

The staff listened to my problem and immediately set down to advise me of the procedure I needed to employ to correct my Apple iphone and I watch In what seems a handful of minutes I was back to all my Apple devices working as they should do. Many thanks to ilab and their crew.

Excellent service once again by John, asked for my speaker and microphone on my iPhone to be cleaned I offered to pay they rejected it. Thank you again amazing service I shall be back to get a new battery at some point 😊

The customer Service was amazingJohn helped to sync phones and gave constructive advice about storage including money saving advice. Nothing was too much trouble and he was not judgemental about our limited phone knowledge.

This was my second time back to iLab and I left just as impressed as I was the first time. The staff fixed my phone both times and explained everything to me. The service was excellent and the people were experts when it comes tech and repairs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend iLab.

Chris and the team are always very friendly and helpful! I have been using them for a number of years, they always look after me and welcome me like it’s my first visit. They are fast and flexible!

I engaged with three staff members over a two day period, all whom were polite and demonstrated knowledge and skill consistent with the particular repair my phone needed. I was anxious that the outcome may have left me without my address book and other precious data but they were restored. Thank you ilab, your skills and professionalism very much appreciated.

My phone wasn't charging due to dirt in the charger port x fixed no problem very quickly. Friendly staff who made my day.

Walked in to the shop dreading a potentially expensive repair. I was dealt with immediately by a technician who cleared my phone of embarrassing but not surprising clouds of dust and other debris. Phone works fine, no charge for the service. Very grateful for the help and service provided at Barnstaple Ilab. 👍
