House Of Brands Furniture Anmeldelser

Everyone needs a Hamza... polite, kind, and helpful without being pushy. Their people and communication skills are excellent. The shop and its contents are wonderful. If I need anything in the future, I will check here first before I make a purchase. The shop itself is beautiful. I actually felt like a child in a sweet shop. A gorgeous find. And we are giving a full 5 stars.

Kindest regards
Jane & Doug

Bought our new couch from house of brands and from start to finish the lady ( can’t remember her name sorry!) who helped us was so polite and welcoming as she answered any questions that we had and was able to sort everything there and then for us. She was very efficient and so lovely.

The two gentleman, Pamford and Shaxawan who delivered the couch were also very polite and managed to get the couch in and setup within less than 30 minutes! They were both very polite and efficient also. Will definitely be recommending to friends for future purchases! Thankyou everyone for all of your help and your impeccable customer service in all areas! You are all a credit to your employer!

Good Quality furniture delivered as communicated. Communication throughout the transaction was really good. Sales people were helpful without being pushy. The delivery and installation guys were polite hard working and very friendly.

I received my order on time, and the customer service I got when I went to the store was out of this world Hamza went out of his way in their holy month to make sure I got exactly what I wanted he was patient, he explained different beds to me, the delivery was on time and the assembly was done yo my certification.

We recently purchased a dining set for our conservatory. Nadeem was very friendly and his service is second to none, attentive and extremely helpful. He told us the wait time would be three weeks, however he managed to get it to us within a week!!
The guys that came and constructed the table and chairs were brilliant and very accomodating, moving the set a couple of times so it was in the perfect position!
Nadeem and his team are excellent and really do go the extra mile!

The service was great and the dinning set i purchased was very lovely.

Excellent service answered questions promptly went above and beyond with delivery to fit in with me I would highly recommend them

Brilliant company! Had quite a few items now and all made really well and delivered fast and efficiently! Will definitely be using again & again!

Hamza was great from the moment we placed our order. He kept us updated well. Great delivery and assembly service. The marble table looks amazing. Thank you.

After being let down by a well known high stress brand I had the pleasure to meet Hamza and Faye. They both helped me pick and sorted delivery and installation of a king size bed, during a very tight timescale. Quality of the bed is 10/10 and the customer service was even better!!

Recent purchased a 4 seater dining set. The customer service was amazing and quality is fab. Highly recommend!

They were fantastic in delivery and installation of my coffee table and dinning set

Really a nice company, I love my sofa so much and how quick the delivery was, and the guys who put it together were so nice and polite

Very nice furniture received and the delivery drivers did a great job!

Brilliant service would definatly shop there again 🙂

The lady at the shop was very helpful and patient. Only took one week to order and get it delivered. The two gentlemen who delivered the dinning set were very helpful and called me in advance of the delivery so I have time to drive back home. Highly recommended these guys! The price is very reasonable as well!
