Five stars all the way from choosing my furniture to being delivered. Customer service is amazing as nothing was too much trouble. They even managed to advise me on getting the furniture in some awkward doorways by seeing a video and I needed a chair altering which was carried out perfectly. The quality of the furniture is top notch and very reasonably priced. Delivery was smooth and the guys very polite and respectful. Ordered from this company as the previous company failed to delivered. My sofa cost more from this company but definitely worth it!
This company had the sofa to me within 2 weeks of purchasing.
The company assembled the sofa but I noticed it wasn't sitting properly when they left. I took the sofa apart to find a bolt was missing. I was able to fix this and remedy the problem.
