The House Of BLOC Anmeldelser

Rug and slippers were exactly as shown in pictures. Bright colors and the fluffiest material.

The customer service is great - super quick replies and cooperative answers. But it should be stated in their FAQ that "they cannot offer prepaid labels to countries outside of the UK". At the moment the FAQ states "Please contact us regarding your return. A lot of items will benefit from pre-paid returns."

Ne jamais jamais commander d’articles chez eux c’est de l’arnaque, les produits sont extrêmement chers pour une qualité Aliexpress, ne vous faites pas avoir !

The House of Bloc is a wonderful website. The customer service was amazing so would highly recommend this company.

Waited over two weeks and received the wrong item

Really love one of my purchases, and where I had to return the other, that process has been seamless.

Absolutely love my new lampshade! It was delivered much quicker than I thought it would. Website was straightforward and communication about shipping was excellent. My lamp shade is unique I haven’t seen anything like it before I love it. Would definitely use house of Bloc again

I contacted Adam and Emilie for an exchange of a bathroom mat . Essentially we would like the bigger size . They were very quick to respond to both my initial order and my most recent email and have kindly offered to exchange for the bigger size. Very pleased with excellent service.

The plushy pumpkin (45cm) I ordered finally arrived and it’s a juicy gorgeous beauty!!! I’m thrilled with it. The journey to getting it was a bit bumpy with a series of false starts, mini pumpkin mayhem beauty gifts as an apology too.
I’m totally thrilled with the outcome, but be sure to chase up clearly and regularly - and I’m sure the admin process will develop and flow too.

My big pumpkin arrived after many weeks, but I did have the array of others well before Halloween - leave plenty of time and it will be worth it!

Adam was very understanding and quick with responses. Left feeling very satisfied!

Delivery was fast and the products were well wrapped so there was no worry of anything being damaged. Would happily purchase again since the products I received was such good quality and exactly as described.

Overall a easy and beautiful service. Product was perfect, delivered on time.

Can not fault anything.

Thank you

Fabulous products and great range. Website easy to use. ‘Shop by room’ is so useful. Good communication from The House of BLOC following my order. Good quality products that are stylish but affordable.

The visuals are great, selling great artists work

When the wall clock arrived, it was a disappointment. The inner coloured part looks like it’s been printed on a home printer.

My purchase was dispatched quickly and was well packaged. Customer service was excellent when I emailed asking for a VAT receipt, they replied immediately and were friendly and polite.

Great products, speedy delivery and easy to deal with

The rugs are incredible and really fairly priced considering the style and quality.

Attention dropshipping
L'article en photo sur le site et l'article que j'ai reçu n'ont rien à voir. J'ai commandé un tapis sur le site et le transporteur est Aliexpress. Grosse arnaque, ne vous faites pas avoir comme moi !

Beautiful, quirky striped mug and saucer set. Arrived promptly and very well packaged. An ideal birthday present for a special friend.
