Svar fra The Hookah Lab
We’re very sorry for the delay and understand your frustration. We know how upsetting it is not to have updates on your order. Please rest assured that your order is still in transit, and international shipments can sometimes take longer than expected due to carrier and customs processing. We appreciate your patience and are continuing to monitor the status.
Missing item and slow resolution
I placed an order with The Hookah Lab and one of the items was missing when the package arrived. While I did reach out to customer service, the resolution process has been slower than expected and required multiple follow-ups.
Mistakes can happen, but clearer communication, faster response times, and better order checks before shipping would go a long way. I hope they improve their quality control and customer support moving forward.

Used to be cool but
Used to be cool but, not so much anymore. My biggest issue is you don't buy anything after a month, they'll spam a 10% code every couple of weeks but applying it says it was already used. I emailed them, they would look into it, never got back to me so I just went to a competitor.
Another issue is they require $200 for free shipping.
