Simpleglasspipe Anmeldelser

Fast delivery and I love my square pipe!!!

Always great inventory. Always "still there". Products are very good quality. Packaged well. Ships out fast. A+ sellers!

The products are okay, not terrible but not great either. The place that they scam you at is the shipping. DO NOT pay for shipping. They will literally ship it the same timing regardless of the shipping type and take your money. Never purchasing from them again.

They do well in general, and their wares that I've purchased have been top notch. There was 1 time I'd say they may have had a very minor quality dip but it was negligible. And haven't had an issue since. The last order I received would be my only complaint outright as it was packed quite poorly compared to any previous orders. And as a result 2 of 15 items broke. However CS was straightforward, just requesting a couple of pictures, and they issued a partial refund covering the cost of the 2 broken items, without hassle. Overall I'll continue to use their service for sure. Hard to find solid pipes for reasonable pricing.

I’ve been using simple glass pipes for years now and they have been very prompt and if they messed up very helpful to fixing the problem super reliable and very much appreciated

#SimpleGlassPipes = 💯% in every catagory in my book. FREE SHIPPING!! You cant beat that, plus my item arrived completely intact & as shown and with it being breakable, that means alot when you can say that every time you know your package will arrive completely undamaged. "Great experience with this one."

I’ve been using simple glass pipe for about a year now. I’m extremely impressed with the quality and their prices are the best around. However, I think we set them apart as their Customer Service. They have ways to reach them via phone email! And through their website and they respond to all four within 24 hours should there be an issues with an order. I HIGHLY recommend you give them a try - you won’t be disappointed!

I have been ordering from this company for some time and I have always had excellent transactions with very good products. I didn't receive my most recent order for some reason and after reaching out to SGP, they immediately remedied the situation and resent my order which I received in 3 business days. Fantastic team at SGP! Keep it up!

The quality of products from this business is absolutely amazing! They're always tracked, fast and reliably. My orders always come packed with care and in perfect condition. I can appreciate the quality of these hand-made products and I love how durable they are. I recommend this business to anyone looking for

Second time purchasing from SGP great quality products, fast shipping. Never a problem. Highly recommend.

Very fast shipping. Great quality. Great prize! I have no complaints.

Aftermy bad review they contacted me and refunded me for the defective pipe

Quick response to any question regarding the products.

The fast delivery, the awesome quality especially for the reasonable price. Packaged good and always shows up quickly with no damaged products for the last year and a half that I have been ordering from them. Always a great experience with no hassle.

Play a great quality high quality strong durable glassware takes a few days longer than you'd like but once you get your package from them it's always worth it I've never had anything come broken or not of high quality like several layer blown glass from these guys love these guys

They have great products. I only order glass pieces from them. Their glass is thick, durable, and never disappoints.

I ordered two glass bongs, the four and eight inch. I was in love when opened. Beautiful, especially the larger one. However, after using I got a stomach ache. Smoked again later, stomach ache. Then I smelled it. It stank of something similar to gasoline, and made me heave when I smelled it confirming that was what was making me sick. Reached out to customer support.
Update: I did reach out to customer service, and they immediately offered a return label, but said I have to wait for them to receive it and possibly send it away before I get a refund. Definitely not satisfied.
Second update: they did reach out and offer my refund when they saw tracking, which is all I wanted. The CS was quick to respond, and I'm satisfied with my dissatisfaction.

Came a day after the site shipping said and a day before fedex said. One was cracked and the hole on the bowl is super flat on all so, no ridge/ lip to give you an idea of where the top is while you use it.

I shop exclusively here because of the quality of the products. They are top notch, I couldn’t be happier about the oil burner pipes, they last and last. Oh btw, I am a user of these products, no fake here.
