The fulfillment service is trashy
The fulfillment service is below expectations , people work there can barely read and write as they process the order. They messed up my order twice! Kept sending individual items until I got my full order.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sincerely sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive multiple incomplete shipments and have your order corrected more than once before receiving everything you purchased. While we're glad the full order was ultimately delivered, we recognize that this is not the level of service you expected or deserved. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and your feedback will be shared with our fulfillment team so we can work to prevent similar issues in the future.
